“Meditations on Wisdom” are my personal notes reflecting upon my focus of how I approach and how I am Living Life weaved within the Mayan Subtle world forces of Paq’alib’al with my co-parternship relationship through Energy Intelligence.

These personal notes are that’s, unedited, raw, and at times grammatical, spelling, typos, and long sentence structure fully present. Each are freshly written, edited, and created to reflect the Ways of Living Life through Energy Intelligence, and are published each Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 6 am EDT. These reflect my first attempts in exploring my inner connections into the subtle realms of the Tz’utujiil Maya Forces of Living Light through the ancient ways of the Maya - “Ways of Perceiving – Ilah.” Exploring the ways of living my life through the support and the living Presence of the Living Light of todays Wisdoms through the Daily Nawals and their ways of communicating to me, through us, through Energy Intelligence.

REFLECTIONS OF A LIVING TZ’UTUJIIL MAYA NAB’EYSIIL

For the remainder of this year I want to explore with you my awareness in my shifting identity of “Who I am.” This year I began to explore my “I Am” not just at my spiritual level, not just at my personality level, not just through my outer appearance I see in the mirror, not just who I present to my outer world around me, not even as I perceive myself as the Living Nab’eysiil.

I have spent a lot of time talking and sharing videos and information about how to Live Life as the Generator of Living Light Sunshine from within my core. These next 12 paragraphs I have published everyday for many months. I have rewritten this information a few times and re-weaved this into this final form below. I never have released the inner tools that are explored for this to occur. I will be exploring the tools I have developed and used for myself and with Ilene and with others in allowing this “Art of Remembering” to be renewed within my body and how his has given me the inner strength to allow my outer changes to be weaved in such a way that supports my Living Life from a place of my inner Living Light of sunshine.

My Purpose is to Live Life as the Generator of Living Light of Sunshine:

Our primary focus as a human being is energy production. Since my first writings and teaching I was exploring since 1980, around the various ways to assist myself and others that we were a Living Light of “Human Energy System.”

Throughout each encounter I am engaged in, I reflect upon did I leave this person or did I leave this event with the knowing that I added more “Light-Sunshine” through my interaction that I was engaged in. Regardless of the challenges and the regardless of the sufferings that might have occurred within me or around me, “Did my words and actions reflect in the ways I desire to me Living my Life by adding more Light-Sunshine to this person or event?” “Did my words and actions reduced the Light-Sunshine within that person and event I encountered today in my life?”

Out First Nations elders lived their life being weaved together within the “Living Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity” with the Living Light-Sunshine of the Heart Behind Everything. They experienced how this Living Light supported them and supported each event in life. They knew there always was a Natural state of Flow in Living Life as a two legged upright being that was human.

They did not try to find the Light of Interconnectivity and Flow. They explored their living relationship within a living co-partnership within the Light of Interconnectivity and Flow that was always present. This supported them in Living Life knowing how Nature’s inner and outer Light provided for them.

Over time, especially since the Conquest, most Indigenous cultures in order to survive their captors, began to experience a separation and a disconnection from their “Light of the Heart” flowing as a natural sate of interconnectivity between the Living Light of the Heart Behind Everything.

When Zach talks about the restoring the Remembering-Regenerative Living Light pattern. This is what I experience on the Road of Renewal in allowing myself to Remembering – the Regenerative Living Light patterns being weaved within the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities being weaved together in the Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity Behind the Living Light of the Heart Behind Everything and the Living Light of the Heart Behind Anything. The restoring of the Remembering of this Regenerative Living Light both within me and between us and between me and us and all of Nature effects the quality of Light-Sunshine that is available to me, that is available to us in Living Life

Remembering is a personal inner creative art form we are exploring. The Art of Remembering each day, and throughout the day and throughout the night, adds to or decreasing the vibrational quality of Living Light held within the inner water within our body. The quality of Living Light effects the direction of our cellular growth. The quality of Living Light effects the forming of our co-partnership relationships within our cells. We have choice in how we live in a creative relationship to the cells and the inner quality of water. Are we adding to or limiting and separating ourself from our Inner Light? Are we allowing our self to open to or limiting or blocking our living relationship with the Living Light of the Unseen Possibilities that deserves to be weaved within our physical body?

Research today reflects the effects our feelings, thoughts, and judgements are always effecting the quality of the water stored within our body which changes the vibrational quality of Light held within this inner water flowing through our body. This effects the direction of cellular growth either creating separation and blocking the Living Light for the Unseen Possibilities from being weaved within our physical body. Or are we adding a vibrational quality of Light that will be weaved within our physical body?

The human cell when allowed to hold the proper vibrational quality of light creates a resonates like a tuning fork allowing more Light from the subtle forms and the patterns within us and the earth that holds the Light that is available for the cell to naturally repair and the Regeneration of the cells within that are needed for the healing potential that is made available to us. This is called Remembering.

Our primary focus as a human being is energy production. Chronic disease emerges at the point of this failed energy production. Chronic disease is never attacking us. Disease never attacks a healthy human cell that is holding the proper intensity of inner light. When there is a reduction and lowering of the Light, this reduces our magnetic fields resonating state of Energy. We are then vulnerable to various forms of diseases. Our natural ability for repair and healing is always occurring, but only from when we are allowing an increase of the Living Light of resonance to flow within us.

Every cell holds a “Creative Force of Light” being the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities that is held within every cell. This Creative Force of Light is what engages the cells “Drive For Life through the Flow of Light for the Interconnectivity.” At lower vibrational states of inner Light-Sunshine, this “Creative Drive Force of Light” in every cell creates a lesser quality of vibrational Light. At a higher state of Vibrational Light creates a greater state of our inner Light-Sunshine. So that this same “Creative Drive Force of Light” creates higher vibrational light.

The Art of Remembering is when each cells “remembers” its natural co-partnership relationship within the Living Light of the Interconnectivity of the Flow of the Heart Behind Everything that is possible. The Art of Remembering create within the cells “Creative Drive Force of Light” an increased quality of Vibrational Light-Sunshine. This naturally motivates and replicates this pattern of Remembering and creating a natural relationship with the Light of the Unknown Possibilities that is always available for each cells unknown potential for growth.

Only through the felt sense of my Inner Silence – can I allow the Living Light of my Energy Intelligence to be weaved within the fabric of my everyday Life.

My ToolBox for Entering into a Co-Partnership Relationship with my Energy Intelligence:

One primary tool of “Energy Intelligence” I have used for many years has been the Tz’utujiil Maya K’unk’un Drum. In the last two Meditations on Wisdoms I have asked you to begin to explore the Living Light behind your own emerging, growing, and flowering “Tree of Life” with the K’unk’un Drum calling forward your subtle forces to support you in perceiving yourself and life around you from your inner Wisdom nature, as the K’unk’un Drum is being played behind these sprouting and flowering images.

In this second video for today, we are going to explore the K’unk’un Drum in a different way. In this video you will hear two different K’unk’un Drums, one being played in the Temple House of San Juan Martín and the other in the Elder House of ma Pla’s Sequel. One of the various qualities of Living Light that are held within these Temple Houses is the “Calling the Various Nawals and Maria from all of Nature” forward.

Beauty emerges through all of Nature, and we as human beings are weaved into the fabric of everything within Nature. We are born from the Living Light of Nature. Our healing restorative Living Light that is behind our weaving within all of Nature, allows us to be the generator of Living Light that flows through us back into the outer physical world.

Over the next few days

I would like you to watch and experience through your body’s felt sense the K’unk’un Drum calling the Nawals and the Marias of Nature forward to be open to their Presence of Living Light to be weaved back into the fabric of your physical and subtle body’s. Open to your felt sense to feel this new emerging Presence of Living Light that is in the flow of the Interconnectivity within you being lived and supported through the inner and outer
Nature of Gaia all around you. Not just what you usually think of Nature in the outer physical world, but all the inner Nature within all of the Artifacts around you including the outer and inner parts oif the buildings, all of the objects around you, and even the various forms of transportation you travel within.

In exploring the Art of Remembering that whatever I perceive of myself or my outer reality around me can be found within in this short video through the various stages of experience my sprouting, growing, and flowering as my myself as a unique Tree of Life. Just like I am able to perceive the various stages within the cycles of Flowering. I am also able to perceive my Life from the various levels of Wisdom that are growing and exists within me throughout each day. This awareness of how each perception I hold is somewhere within this spectrum of the various stages of growth in my flowering Emergence of my Wisdom. I never am a full flowering tree with each bud in full bloom.

Exploring this perspective has allowed me to relax and open to an inner place within me of a freedom of no longer needing to enter a place of inner judgement, or blame, or shame, or guilt, or questioning why is this happening too me now. So whenever I become aware of my reactivity and challenges, for whatever the outer reason may be including the diagnosis and the growing or various form of physical diseases and other physical challenges and limitations of my body. My Living Tree of Life has places of full flowering bloom where Wisdom is available for me in both my ability t perceive my current situation, but also is Ava lane for me foe the unknown possibilities for my healing. Wisdom is at the core of my personality’s natural state of living for me. Through the Art of Remembering, I hold within me the various degrees of the qualities of Wisdom for healing through the various forms of budding that is moving through and towards my full flowering potential. There are always places within me where the buds are tiny and tightly and are being held together where my reactivity and challenges and separation are still present just waiting for me to allow my inner weaved Presence of Living Light to flow from these Wisdoms. For this is the journey of Living my Life I am exploring.

Through the Art of Remembering, that my flowering of Wisdom and Healing to enter into my full bloom can only emerge through a profound quality of inner Light that propels this flower to enter the full blooming of my unknown possibilities. So when the flowering is complete, the quality and depth of Light that it took to fall off the Tree is profound and now available within me for my choosing.

Although my flower when it falls off and is no longer available for me to perceive, there is an inner knowing that I have within me all the inner tools of Living Light to choose easily my perception of Wisdom within this area of myself, or with others, or these various event around me. Assuming I have allowed my inner silence to support me instead of the collective patterns around me. I am able to know that I have a free will choice of Wisdom or I have a free will choice for Separation and Reactivity. This inner place within me as a choice and awareness of both. This choice is my journey with this one part of me, or one part of me that I perceive in others, or one part of me in the way I perceive the world events I am aware of.

Let’s now start with the Tree of Life and the K’unk’un Drum calling forth the Nawals and Marias of all of Nature’s Forces of Living Light to weave me into my inner flow of Interconnectivity for the Presence of Living Light within me is supporting me through whatever challenges I am engaged within Living my Life today.

I first feel this throughout my whole body during my first play through of this 4:55 video. As I observe and perceive the various stages of sprouting, budding, flowering, I am opening to my felt sense of knowing that my whole body, mind, and spirit is being awakened to grow this Living Light Presence of who I truly am, my I Am. Knowing that my personality holds within the Living Light of my First Fire my living Light for Living. I ask this to support me especially within my physical and my subtle energy body’s.

On my second play through, I first open and ask to experience once again my flowing of my inner Presence of Living Light from before. So now I am building upon these previous foundation of my flow of Living Light in my Interconnectivity to everything around me. I am asking during this second play through in focusing upon one or several of the areas of my physical body that needs and an additional boost of Living Light from this Presence of Living Light that is available from my unknown floe of the possible. I ask this to emerge and grow me into my inner feeling of being fully supported within my flowering.

On my third play through were some areas of my physical body that is still being challenged, I ask to feel this area as being supported by the sprouting and growing of my tiny buds into the emerging of my various stages of opening.

During my fourth play through, I ask this flow of my emerging Presence of Living Light to flow through my whole inner and outer subtle and physical body’s, so I may feel the Interconnectivity within me and without everything around me. So I may haves a full felt sense of my inner body silence being supported through my unknown possibilities.

When I can find 20 minutes of time, I explore these four play throughs one after each other in one sequence. Then I rest into the unknown possibilities that whatever is flowing and flowering through my body’s inner silence, keeps sprouting, growing, and flowering me within my qualities of Living Light. I deserve to enter and to be weaved within my wholeness of my unknown possibilities of Living Light. I ask my core of my First Fire of Living Light to generate my flow into and through me and bring all of this within all directions around me including the room that I am currently within, and the building, and the land and sky beneath and above me is weaved within all the forms of Nature and to all of Humanity for my unknown possibilities to fully emerge.

Whenever I am being directly challenged my my physical body, I explore this cycle of four play through weaving me and quickening within me my Presence of Living Light into my world every 3 to 4 hours. As you partake on this exchange of Living Light through your experiences of watch this video again and again, allowing the K’unk’un Drum to call your inner forces of supportive Light to bring you along your path of Flowering your Wisdom for the yourself, for others, and for the world events around you to be weaved within the flow and the flowering of the Heart Begind Everything and Anything in my life today. I am engaged within my journey of emergence!

K’unk’un Drum Purpose and Meaning

During the next blog, I will deepen the meaning behind the K'unk'un Drum and what how this represents the three great volcanoes for additional inner support. The sounds of the K'unk'uns transmit information to the Nawales, that is, through the K'unk'uns the Nawales communicate and come into a consensus to solve the problems that affect me.

Francisco Sojuel and Maku'x Rujuch used the K'unK'uns to communicate with each other. For this reason they were called Aj K'unk'un.

The great Nawal Francisco Sojuel thought of his town and that is why he left a K'unk'un in each cofradia. The task of the Cofradías is to report on the problems or present the needs of the town to the Nawales.

There are three times to play the K'unk'uns: at 6 in the morning is the first play, at 12 noon is the second play and finally at 6 in the afternoon.

It is also valid to play the K'unk'un after the rituals because only in this way can the Nawales be implored to listen to our requests.

Through the K'unK'uns you can communicate with the Nawales who live in Paq’alib’al.

When Francisco Sojuel was imprisoned, he communicated through the sounds of the K'unk'uns with the other Nawales.

The sound of the K'unk'uns is related to the sound of water, the lake and the sea. The K'unk'un also represents the heart of water, sky and earth.

Why are the K'unk'uns played at 6 in the morning, at 12 noon and at 6 in the afternoon?

When we wake up each morning, it is a blessing to be able to breathe the air and to live on this earth. For this reason we must thank the heart of heaven and the heart of earth, our ancestors left this legacy of thanking the Nawales playing the K'unk'uns at 6 in the morning. At 12 noon, the Nawales are once again thanked for protecting and caring for us during this period of time. At 6 pm night protection is requested because it is not known what could happen. For this reason, the K'unk'uns are played 3 times a day to thank, to ask for protection, to report the situation of the town and to be in constant communication with the Nawales.

Why do the shamans play the K'unk'uns after the rituals?

One of the shamans, Ma Tek Kju', always played the K'unk'un before beginning his ritual because he invoked the presence of the great Nawales. He invoked the owner of the sky, the owner of the earth, the owner of the mountains, the owner of the lakes, the owner of the seas and all the Nawales.

When he is almost done with his ritual, he begins to play the k'unk'un again and also plays again when the ritual ends. That is, he plays the K'unk'un 3 times in a single ritual that is equivalent to 3 plays a day.

But today the shamans no longer practice it.

Is the K'unk'un played in the rituals of sick people?

Yes, the shamans always play the K'unk'un to invoke the Nawal women. Through the sound of the K'unk'un they make the call to the heart of the sick person. The Nawales communicate with each other to see the situation of the sick person and what they can do to help.

Today's shamans invoke the Nawales to ask for strength to heal sick people.

What is the sound of the K'unk'un compared to?

The sound of the K'unk'un is similar to the sound of volcanoes. Many times we have heard the sound of volcanoes, when this happens something is sure to happen, be it diseases, heavy rains, droughts, landslides and among others. When they play the K'unk'un it is a sign of gratitude or we want to ask the Nawales for help. The same happens with the sound of volcanoes because it alerts us to what is going to happen in our town.

Who is in charge of playing the K'unk'un?

Before, the Nab’eysiil and the first member were in charge of playing the K'unk'un but today any member of the cofradia plays it.

The k'unk'un is sacred, that's why our grandparents light candles for it and also offer it incense.

The K'unk'un is a natural wind instrument.

The heart of heaven is the entire universe and everything around us.

The heart of the earth is everyone: beans, corn, crops, animals, volcanoes, lakes, seas and all human beings.

Is K'unk'un used in rain rituals?

When the Nab’eysiil ask for rain and invoke in this way: O Drum Tree (Ay K'unk'un Chee'), O Pita Drum (K'unk'un k'aam), O Volcano Drum ( K'unk'un juyu), river drum (K'unk'un riyo), water drum (K'unk'un ya'), sea drum (K'unk'un mar), lagoon drum ( K'unk'un lagun), son of hail (rulik'b'al saqb'ach), son of lightning (rulik'b'al kiypa').

Before, the Nawales placed some tree fruits called pyoq' inside the drum. Through the pyoq' they made various sounds from the rhythm of the K'unk'un. Example: the sound of the air, the sea, the water and the lagoon. In this way the Nawales gather their energies to ask for rain from the heart of the sky and the heart of the earth.

Focus of my Invitation to the Presence of the Living Light Energies:

Note for the change in the words from Intention to Invitation!

During the last cycle of the Lunar Calendar of the Daily Nawals, I shifted from the word “Intention” to the word “Invitation.” Intention is a word used by my Mind Intelligence to describe what I want to happen as the end result of what I, my Mind is Asking. “Invitation” is what I want to experience in a co-partnership relationship through my Energy Intelligence.

So in the shifting in the use of the word to “Invitation” – instead, I am inviting you, the Living Light of the Nawal, create with me through your Living Light this unknown possibilities that I am requesting.

Initially it felt like a shift of wording. But as I spent time exploring the difference in my felt sense within my body behind these two words, suddenly the awareness of a stronger and deeper weaving was present through my “Invitation.” Enjoy exploring this subtle difference within your own body felt sense.
