“Meditations on Wisdom” are my personal notes reflecting upon my focus of how I approach and how I am Living Life weaved within the Mayan Subtle world forces of Paq’alib’al with my co-parternship relationship through Energy Intelligence.
These personal notes are that’s, unedited, raw, and at times grammatical, spelling, typos, and long sentence structure fully present. Each are freshly written, edited, and created to reflect the Ways of Living Life through Energy Intelligence, and are published each Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 6 am EDT. These reflect my first attempts in exploring my inner connections into the subtle realms of the Tz’utujiil Maya Forces of Living Light through the ancient ways of the Maya - “Ways of Perceiving – Ilah.” Exploring the ways of living my life through the support and the living Presence of the Living Light of todays Wisdoms through the Daily Nawals and their ways of communicating to me, through us, through Energy Intelligence.

For the remainder of this year I want to explore with you my awareness in my shifting identity of “Who I am.” This year I began to explore my “I Am Nature.” “I Am” not just my spiritual nature. “I Am” not just my personality nature. “I Am” not just my outer appearance I see in the mirror. “I Am” not just who I present myself to my outer world around me. “I Am” not even as I am perceive as the Living Nab’eysiil. “I Am” also my Body’s Health and Wholeness of Unknown Possibilities.

I have spent a lot of time talking and sharing videos and information about how to Live Life as the Generator of Living Light Sunshine from within my core. These next 12 paragraphs I have published everyday for many months. I have rewritten this information a few times and re-weaved this into this final form below. I never have released the inner tools that are explored for this to occur. I will be exploring the tools I have developed and used for myself and with Ilene and with others in allowing this “Art of Remembering” to be renewed within my body and how his has given me the inner strength to allow my outer changes to be weaved in such a way that supports my Living Life from a place of my inner Living Light of sunshine.

Part #8-The Root Cause of Disease That Nobody’s Talking About
The Importance of Motivating Energy of Play and Joy!
WHAT DOES PLAY LOOK LIKE THAT CREATES THE QUALITY OF LIGHT FOR REPAIR AND HEALING?
To experience genuine play, these four false myths within a society needs to be released as the motivating energy on why we are engaged within an activity. If any of these four false myths are present, the activity of play cannot be present. Therefore the building of a quality of Light is greatly reduced. These fourth false myths are part of our feedback that we can initially be aware of.
Are we creating an interaction within ourself that is creating an atmosphere of exploration that is building a cooperative relationship through our engagement of this activity? Or are we trying to “win” or “master” or going after an end result” in our activity? The majority of board games, or various forms of activity we are focused, usually is creating a atmosphere where there is always one winner and therefore all other participants are losers.
The focus of coming together in “play-that is building a quality of Light” is to engage in a motivating energy that opens us into a quality of interaction and sharing about self or a sharing with one another. The “play” within this time of interaction becomes a time that can enhances our awareness of our human experience in sharing who we are that allows us to complete this activity of Play where there is no one winner. We all become winners because we are allowing the enhancement within one another in exploring our inner awareness. This is where we feel and know more of the Unknown possibilities about our self and about one another that brings allows us to feel and experience the beauty and meaning into our individual and collective life.
Even most sports either as a spectator or a participant rarely enhances a quality of interaction and activities that both enhances the quailing of Beauty from our experiences. This enhancement of the beauty, the awe, the wonderment of this form of exchange is what leads us into a greater quality of Living Light within us. Then we are able to be the generating Light back into the world around us.
When we are are motivated from the perspectives to get an improved time in our performance within an individual activity, or within an outer sharing about our self or what we share with others, rarely describes the enhanced Beauty and mystery that we experienced within what was generated by our activity.

During Ilene two weeks of radiation treatment in 2013, the staff remarked each time on the atmosphere they felt at the end of each of the radiation treatment was so different and nurturing and relaxing for the staff engaged with the treatment. Because of Ilene’s fragility and vulnerability in her spinal column, the staff did not want to be responsible in assisting her in the removal of her full upper body brace and then lifting her and positioning her on the tablet for her treatments. So I was required to both prepare her and and position her from the wheelchair onto the table and into proper positions for the treatment. And then step outside the room and be available if any other adjustments needed to be made. And then bringing her off the table, back into her brace and back into the wheelchair one again.
This allowed me to create an atmosphere of interconnectivity and flow within the nature of the Living Light that is at the Heart of Radiation to be flowing through everything and anything that was engaged within this room during our time there. The room, the event-the treatment, the machines and the people were all transformed into the mystery of the Beauty through this process of Radiation.
The ongoing chemotherapy treatment Ilene received over several months for 2 or 3 times per week lasting many times four hours or more. Again opening to the mystery and the Beauty of the Heart of Chemotherapy and establishing the room within the Beauty of the Living Light of Nature through the chemicals, the people, the artifacts of equipment and the room emerging into a calming present for anyone that was open to receive the Beauty and the Mystery that was available during this interaction.
In this larger room where they would be up to 15 other people receiving similar forms of chemotherapy was transforming for both the staff and the other participants. After a few weeks other participants wanted to be involved and scheduled when ilene was getting her chemotherapy treatments. During each of her treatments with chemotherapy we would enter a deep inner meditative space and we we hold our hands together rarely coming back into outer awareness until the completion of the treatment. Each treatment became an active part of Beauty and mystery in the unknown possibilities that would emerge within each form of the flow of the Heart Behind the solution of chemotherapy infusion.
During this time frame 2013-2014 over these 11 months Ilene spent more then half of all days and nights in hospitals. I always slept and was with her each night during this time and created and atmosphere in her room where the atmosphere of the room was flowing within the Beauty of both outer Nature and especially the opening to the Heart of all the objects, the Heart Behind the equipment, the Heart Behind the people and the Heart Behind all the procedures could all flow within the mystery of the Beauty that was always available and present. Hospital staff throughout the 24 hours day would ask always ask for permission from us to just hang in the room when the stress of the outer hospital environment was too much to handle. And within a five minutes hanging out within the room, they would return to work focused and flowing with a different attitude adjustment to engage within the hospitals outer environment.
This same process occurred in all of the various forms of diagnostic testing and blood draws that would happen for Ilene. She would partake in 2-3 times per week around 3 to 6 containers of blood would be drawn. Ilene never wanted a port to be put into her body, so we were in a constant communications with her veins for opening into a cooperative co-partnership relationship with this ongoing demand to be present to participate in this on time on demanding process. Sometimes I would ask the tech person on many occasions to leave the room for a few minutes when we needed to establish the proper environment of flow so the mystery of Ilenes body could enter into the flow of the heart of Nature that was established within this room for the various procedures to flow. When the tech person returned, the procedure went smoothly and all parts of Ilene’s body went into a flow of interconnectivity and a co-partnership within each of the procedures that were to be formed.
The first few days with two surgeries back to back taking 12 and 15 hours each day on her spinal column, my initial reactivity and fears I experienced around all these activities Ilene was engaged in made it difficult for me to find this larger flow. There was no mystery and there was no Beauty that was available in this unfair environment we a were engage in. By the fourth day into this journey I was able to enter into my inner mystery of interconnectivity and flow within the Heart of Nature that was available to me and to us and to whatever Environment and objects and people that were engaged in Ilene journey of repair and helaing. And suddenly a flow of synchronicity with events and people began to come together into this Heart Behind all activities related within this healing event of creating Light within the outer chaos of life around these healing activities. This is when I fully understood the Living Light of these four subtle forces available in what we call in Tz’utujiil Maya “Good Medicine.” These four fours of Living Light were available in creating an environment both within ones body and within ones outer environment for the natural forces of Regeneration, Rejuvenation, Renewal, and Emergence to be present for everything and for anything and for everybody that was involved directly and indirectly in the emerging Mystery Behind the Beauty within healing Activities.
After Ilene passing, I would be exploring during the next 6 years in beginning to find the Living Light of Good Medicine within the major limitations and challenges within my own body and my environment I was engage within for my journey of the Heart Behind my own Healing and full pain that fully embracing my everyday personal life.
During the beginning of the pandemic I would finally begin my personal Invitation into the mystery of Beauty that naturally emerges when Play and the Living Light of Joy is invited into my repair and healing process. Eventually allowing my own body and life to enter into this mystery of repair and healing within this Living Light in establishing a co-partnership relationship with the Living Light Presence of the natural forces of Regeneration, Rejuvenation, Renewal, and Emergence to be present for everything and for anything and for everybody that was involved directly and indirectly in the Mystery Behind the emergence of Beauty within my personal healing Activities. These last 260 days within exploring the Lunar Cycles of the Daily Nawals brought this weaving together within my body and within all the activities around my repair and healing within my life.
In Wednesday Meditations on Wisdom, I will begin to exploring why these four false beliefs of our society and medicine are ready to be storied differently into the flow of interconnectivity for the repair and healing that is waiting for us to co-partner with. So regardless of what is incurring within our body or our world or our Environment around us, the Living Light for repair and healing and its unknown possibilities are waiting to be explored in supporting a life of a more Beautiful World that is waiting to both emerge and to be lived within us. Deepens in your awareness of both how these four false beliefs are weaved within your body and life around you limiting your inner natural abilities for repair and healing and the support of the subtle and physical team behind your Good Medicine. There are first area I want to touch upon over these next few days is exploring the Four False Myths of Society, and specifically the role of Epigenetics. He This material comes from this short video by Bruce Lipton.
In Bruce Lipton video “Four False Beliefs that Society is Built Upon,” especially this area of the video - (4:18-13:05) supports why we have create a medicine and a health provider system along with a psychological and spiritual culture that reinforces us into living a life that crates and supports our separation, our isolation, and a mentality to conquer and destroy everything and anything we believe we do not want. These systems are responsible for the reduction and a lowering of our energy field’s vibrational quality of Light. In a Indigenous Way of Living Life, these four myths were not at their heart of the way they experienced living life around them. In their ways of knowing, these four beliefs did not even exist. However, since the time of the Conquest and eventual destruction of an Indigenous Way of Life, most if not all, Indigenous cultures have also experienced a separation and a disconnection from their “Light of the Heart” flowing as an interconnectivity between and within the flow of living light within the heart behind all things.

False Belief #1 that there is a separation between the Realm of Physical Matter and the Realm of Energy-Light. As human being we have identified our self in this separation and our success in life is based upon the accumulation of power over the physical world, which includes other human beings. This belief creates separation, feelings of living apart from one another and living apart from all of Nature. This can only creates a reduction and a lowering of one’s energetic vibrational field resonance state of Light.
In an Indigenous Way of Living Life there is no separation between the realm of physical matter and the realm of Light living within the realm of the subtle energy. All physical matter is alive with a living flow of light. This is why we are always petitioning the subtle realms of Light to weave my heart light to the heart light behind everything and the heart light behind anything into a flow of Interconnectivity of Light bewteen Everything and Anything!

False Belief #2 around Genetic Determinism-Genes Controls our Biology. We becomes victims to our genetic heredity. The feelings of having no say or input into what is occurring within my genetics, creates a reduction and a lowering of vibrational energy of light.
Today the new science of Epigenetics, that our consciousness and our response to our environment is what controls our genetics. In the ways I perceive my environment around me either from a stressful and threatening way or from a supportive and an integrative way. Either way effects the quality of communication that occurs within my genetic activity. Therefore, my Environment is always enhancing genetic communication, or decreasing and hindering my genetic communication. This comes from the physical activity of others, to the toxicity in our food and land supply systems. Including the side effects within our medicine. This and so much more can separate and decrease the quality of my genetic communication, therefore reducing the tight junctions around my organs and cells. Lowering and destroying the quality of Light that is needed for Repair and Healing. Also, the ways I perceive and choose the actions I take and communicate in how I perceive my actions and the environment around me, all effect the quality of Light for Repair and Healing.
This is all under the control of my Mind and how it perceives the world around me. As the new science is assisting us today in realizing how my Mind is in control on both what I perceive of my environment around me is ally only 5% accurate most of the time. My subconscious mind is in control of how I perceive my environment around me 95% of the time.
The meaning of subconscious is where my history of my experiences and what I have been exposed to or taught is what automatically controls the quality of my emotional response. When I express my self in the ways of emotional reactivity to the world within and around me. My subconscious mind is being influenced by negativity of my experiences of separations and limitations. This guides me in the quality of my emotional responses to my self and others.
When my emotional response is guided by my subconscious mind through the Light of the Wisdoms, this is guided by either my direct experiences within my life or what I have observed and been taught through living life around me. A simple way to measure my subconscious mind control within me, I ask myself each day, “what percent of my time did I have emotional reactivity in creating feelings of separation, isolation, or how was I communicating the need to control, or felt out of control within my life today?”
Any and all emotional reactivity is under the control of my subconscious mind wounded state. Any and all emotional expression through the Light of the Wisdoms is under could also be influence through my subconscious mind. Therefore experiencing an influence of my communication within my genes, and either decreasing or increasing the building and repair of Light for repair and healing.
The equations to ask my self each day: “Today did I increased my experience within the quality of my Light and my expression of my life for how many hours within the realms of the Light of the Wisdoms.
In an Indigenous Way of Living Life there is no separation between my realm of physical matter and my realm of Light living within the subtle energies of Light. Besides no separation, I am also always being re-weaved back into my unknown new form and new shape of Light of the unknown possibilities that can exist for me. This weaving together of this Light of the Heart Behind Everything is what influences my genetic heredity and opens me to my unknown possibilities of my Epigenetics. This is why in all ritual activity of the Tz’utujiil Maya, the first levels of communications is the petitioning for this weaving together back into the Heart behind Everything in life both inner and outer to the Light of the Unknown Possibilities.

False Belief #3 Evolution is driven by Random Mutations. In our separation and in our isolation, randomness is the driving force behind my outer behaviors. The new science teacher us that Evolution is driven my Adaption. Life is driven my “Purposeful Change” to naturally adapt to my inner and my outer environment.
If my inner environment, my subconscious mind, is influenced by my wounded experiences, I will naturally adapt all my outer perceptions and expressions in a wounded, separated, isolated way of living my life. If my inner environment, my subconscious mind, is influenced by my experiences within the Light of the Wisdoms, I will naturally adapt all my outer perceptions and expressions in an expression of unknown possibilities, where co-partnership and co-operation becomes the foundation in the ways of living my life.
When my outer environment is filled with levels of toxicity, and pollutions, this creates an environment of separation and isolation. My Epigenetics will naturally adapt to living in an inner environment of separation, isolation, and hopelessness which guides my way to perceive and communicate about people and events around me in a similar way. When my outer environment is filled with levels of Light and the Light of Wholeness and Flow of Light of Interconnectivity, this creates an environment that is weaved together by the Light of the Unknown Possibilities. My Epigenetics will naturally adapt to living in an inner environment of perceptions and communications about the people and events around me in a similar way.
In an Indigenous Way of Living Life since there is no separation between my realm of physical matter and my realm of Light living within the subtle energies of Light. Besides living within the Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity, and it is natural for me to be always re-weaved back into my unknown new form and new shape of Light of the unknown possibilities. This weaving together of this Light of the Heart Behind Everything is what influences my genetic heredity to being open to my unknown possibilities of my Epigenetics. My adaptability to this flow of Light is my natural state.
This is why in all ritual activity of the Tz’utujiil Maya, after we have petitioned for this weaving together back into the Heart behind Everything in life both inner and outer to the Light of the Unknown Possibilities. We focus up open the known and unknown areas both within our body and to the outer world around that is separated, so we can adapt instead to the unknown possibilities of Light behind those areas and events in our life that have become separated and isolated.

False Belief #4 Evolution is drive by competition and conquering, and destroying in order to have power over one another and power over our environment and anything and everything that exists around us. To win, to conquer I now have created a competition for survival. Since there will never be enough for all of us, I can justify my motivations for power over, for survival, for competition, to hoard anything and everything to prove I have power to survive.
Evolution is naturally based upon cooperation between everything and anything. The Light of the Unknown Possibilities and the Light of the Unknown Potential behind all of life is waiting to emerge and be expressed at the heart of who we are in Living Life. All of Nature is built upon cooperation and all Nature is based upon Unity. Everything and Anything that exist in the outer physical world is here to live life in the Flow of the Light of Interconnectivity created a Wholeness and Harmony within everything.
This is why in all ritual activity of the Tz’utujiil Maya, after we have petitioned for this weaving together back into the Heart behind Everything in life both inner and outer to the Light of the Unknown Possibilities. We focus up open the known and unknown areas both within our body and to the outer world around that is separated. Now we can adapt instead to the unknown possibilities of Light behind those areas and events in our life that have become separated and isolated.
We petition then all of the supportive forces of the Light of the Unknown Possibilities to gather and to be weaved within our heart of the unique Fire of the Light of who we are. So that what stands in the way from this Light of the Unknown Possibilities to emerge will be transmuted and this new form and this new shape of the Light of the Unknown can emerge. We ask that our brain can both be swept away and cleared of our old and known ways of living life. That news areas of our brain can emerge that will support us in Living Life through wholeness and harmony and interconnectivity within our life and the life around us.
This always begins by dropping our inner awareness into the Light of our inner First Fire within our inner Heart awareness. Asking to experience this weaving together of our core Light within our supportive Regenerative energies. The Light of our personal First Fire to be weaved together with our spirit or soul. The Light of our personal First Fire to be weaved together with our inner subtle energies. Feel these three parts of Light weaved together into a living emerging Light of the uniqueness of your Core Light.
Ask this Core Light to be weaved together with the Light Behind the Heart of Earth. Ask this to be weaved together with the Light Behind the Heart of Sky. Asking this to be weaved together with the Light Behind the Heart of Humanity. Ask your new emerging unique Light of your personal First Fire, that is a weaved light of the Heart behind each of these five parts.
Ask this to be your generating Light. Experience yourself as a generating Light being made available for any person, any collective group, any event, any situation, where the guiding Over-Light of these groups can use it to offer its members to find their unique Light of their First Fire. Trust the Over-Lighting energies to assist their members to be given the opportunity to choose an alternative form of communication and action based upon the Light of our inner True Gain Human Nature. As a generating Light, we are adding in this moment a shift from the reactive, challenging, dualistic, judgmental, bullying, threatening energies of its members to be able to experience the inherent seeded Wisdom at the core Light that is held within the heart of all Human Beings to be activated. Assist me, assist us, your Living Light of the Nawals to Birth Wisdom within me and my unique Light. To Birth Wisdom within us. To Birth Wisdom within all of Humanity.
As you explore these four false beliefs along with the chart of these 12 areas of life where we are taught to believe that we have no real influence over any of these areas. The beauty and the empowering ways through Epigenetics shows us that we have so much influence in the quality of our inner cellular and genetic communications through all forms of medicine, psychology, spirituality, and everything and anything within all of our Nature around us. This is hard researched science over the last forty years! Why do we keep on choosing to live within the dark ages of our subconscious mind?

This is information for you to become aware of how not just your thoughts effect the way you perceive reality, but the quality of Living Light or lack of quality of Living Light held within your body effects the way you both perceive and the ways you choose to interact or react to people, events, and life around you.
Simply put in a working model of Epigenetics, means that there is always a focus of communication at the “Heart of” any challenge, any illness, and disease, any injury, any person, anything and everything in one’s environment and within any and all of the artifacts and systems that we have created. This “Heart of” holds the Living Light Energy or Presence that will guide you through this current situation you are engaged in, and assist you to draw together an inner team of subtle and eventually outer support in assisting you to Rejuvenate, Regenerate, Renewal, and Emerge into your new weaving together a quality of Living Light of a Flow of Interconnectivity into your Wholeness that is both unknown and available for you. Our personality is so much more then just our Body, Mind, and Soul/Spirit. We are a personality of Body, Mind, Soul/Spiritless, our inner Subtle Energy Body’s, and the physical and subtle Environment around, beneath, and above us. This is our Living Personality that influences our ability for Repair and Healing versus Injury, Separation, and Isolation creating a reduction in the quality of Living Light that we hold and are generating to the world around us.
Additional Information on the K’unk’un Drum
In this video Jose is singing to the spirit of the K’unk’un Drum creating the “Song of the K’unK’un.” Throughout the Five Ritual Burns we did a few weeks ago from the Valleys to the Mountains around Santiago, this song reflects the “Heart” of our journey for doing the rituals we did.
The sacred landscape of the Tz’utujiil Maya was carved in a large stone altar at Chutinamit - the ritual Heart of the ancient Tz’utujiil Maya ritual place way before the time of the conquest.

In 2009 I went through four initiation ritual here at the “heart of the Ancient Tz’utujiil Maya ritual place. Once I moved into an inner place of allowing the Living Light of Play and Joy to be the foundational motivating energy for my exploration with my body. I was surprised in experiencing the empowering force of Living Light as it was able to enter into and through me. This allowed the Living Light of Regeneration and the Living Light of Rejuvenation and the Living Light of Renewal to be weaving my brain and body into a new Flow of Interconnectivity. This Emergence is being fully experienced within me in the ways I am now walking, moving, hiking, standing, and climbing with my movement through all forms of land surfaces. This motiving energy of Play and Joy I have been exploring these last few years within all these areas of Epigenetics we are exploring.

In Zach Bush approach to medicine, in which he call’s Regenerative Medicine, because of the new beliefs around “Epigenetics” we need to always be exploring the four qualities of Living Light around Regeneration, Rejuvenation, Renewal, and Emergence. In my experiences of the Subtle Realms, each of these four qualities has a unique vibrational Over-Lighting Energy is what I mean by its name of the Presence of Living Light. Regenerative Medicine needs equal amount of time repairing and healing both within our human body at both the physical and subtle body’s along with repairing and healing the physical and subtle environment around us. From the environment of the physical artifacts of objects and physical structures around us to the quality of the 8 living forces within the Heart of the Living Earth to the 6 living forces of the Heart of the Living Sky. In allowing the Heart of the Living Light between all the people and objects that are delivering all forms of our support systems around in all aspects of growing, delivering, harvesting, manufacturing, preparing. The idea of the team of “Good Medicine” from an Indigenous perspective that everything and everybody in everything and anything we do are adding to or detracting from the Living Light of what we are exploring in our rate of Repair and Healing over Injury. Through Epigenetics we are realizing to increase the rate of Repair and Healing over Injury, the communication of the Presence of the Living Light behind the “Heart of Everything” and behind the “Heart of Anything” plays a critical role influencing the communication within our genes for the quality of Living Light that support true Healing.
Traditional Medicine focus upon the separation and the isolation of both within our body systems and organs and the separation and the isolation within the environment around us. Blocking and inhibiting the natural resources of our repair and healing through our communication network within our body and communication network with all aspects of our environment around us. This communication network exists as the Presence of the Flow of the Living Light of Interconnectivity at both the physical network but especially the Presence of the Flow of the Living Light of Interconnectivity at subtle energy network within and around us. That is why our new definition of personality includes this weaving together of our five key parts living within us as:
“Body
Mind
Spirit
Subtle energy body within us and the subtle energy body’s around us
Environment within our body to the outer environment around us and its subtle energetic body’s.”
This is our true personality that is a living presence of Light that directly impacts our rate of Repair and Healing versus the Rate of Injury for our health, healing, and our ability in creating co-operative co-partnership relations between everything and anything within and around us transmuting the separation, the isolation, the disease and rate of injury that is always occurring.
In opening to the awareness of the Living Light of Epigenetics and its minimum 12 subsets that this second chart outlines, explores in a visual forms this unique sets of Epigenetics across the human lifespan.

In many ways, epigenetic expression can be thought of as the “software” of the genome and directs embryogenesis and development, as well as influences the development of an individual's body and brain after birth.
Unique sets of genes are induced or silenced epigenetically during different stages of life and these are responsible for the development and maturation of the individual through orchestrated events in combination with input from the environment.
Any kind of epigenetic factors influencing genes or gene expression networks during life stages can result in an imbalance in the regulation process, and might have a life-long effect on the individual. While such flexibility gives rise to beneficial adaptability to environmental conditions, it likewise allows weaknesses to integrate and exert negative and diseased outcomes on both individual and evolutionary scales.

Four False Beliefs of the Apocalypse
In the past I have explored Bruce Lipton video “4 False Beliefs of the Apocalypse – the Beliefs that our Society is Built Upon,” from the perspectives of our culture and how it touches upon our biology. Today I want to re-visit this material. Today I am focusing upon how these four beliefs of the Apocalypse (the uncovering of Knowledge) relates to our medicine. Exploring how these four beliefs limit and misinform us in the ways of the what and how we relate to our body’s unknown possibilities. Resulting in a limiting way I perceive the “I Am of my Body.” This way of perceiving the “I Am of my Body” supports the constant reduction of the lowering of my magnetic field of resonance of the availability of my Living Light within the cells of my body.
In a Indigenous Way of Living Life, these four myths were not at their heart of the way they experienced living life around them. Although the Indigenous Way of Living Life were never aware of the Quantum Model of Physics, nor the understanding of our New Biology or the New research behind Medicine over the last few years. Their Indigenous Way of Living Life reflected accurately their living relationship with all of life around them which allowed them to live life in a living flow of Interconnectivity within them to the world around them. Over time, most Indigenous cultures have also experienced a separation and a disconnection from their “Light of the Heart” flowing as an interconnectivity between the heart behind all things. Today they too struggle in their everyday living from these “Ways of the Heart!”

One of the most important qualities that I allowed to emerge within me during this 260 Day Lunar Cycle of the Daily Nawals was my sense of play. Since 1978 I never have been able to explore a sense of play behind the massive amount of changes I have explored within my life. Let alone through the multitude of changes that have emerged within my subtle and physical body’s.
As I explored the subtle and physical relationships between Nature and my physical environment and my subtle and physical body’s, my primary motivating relationship was with the living energy of urgency and fear as my constant companions to motivate me. What else could possibility be a strong enough motivator for me to keep me focused for these changes to be made. Never realizing of the idea of a Natural flow for Emergence to Flow through me could even exist within me!
The idea of exploring a living co-partnership relationships with Rejuvenation, Regeneration, Renewal, and its Natural Emergence through Unknown Possibilities which could be fully motivated by PLAY was never on my radar. Let alone of the awareness that for the “heart of” Play to be present, its was always accompanied by the supported forming and shaping energy of the Living Light of Joy.
Without this living light of the presence of Joy, it was nearly impossible to explore the richness of the unknown possibilities that was already open within me and its readiness to naturally emerge. None of this could ever be created by my Mind or my personal will.
This Emergence is always ready and available within me waiting to be generated through and within my physical and subtle energy body’s. This team of the Living Light of Play and the Living Light of Joy is always being weaved together as the foundation within me to release the qualities within my Living Light of my Emergence of my Unknown Possibilities. This is what allows a quality of generating Living Light to be shinning through me into every facet of my subtle and cellular and physical Life.
This first fourteen plus minutes within the podcast of the “Root Cause of Disease…” plus the two summary charts on “Epigenetics” was a natural inner Wisdom that has been emerging within me since 1978. Although done of this was being supported by outer Medicine, and Science, and Culture. I was was experiencing this awareness, was especially critical for opening within me to explore my openness in allowing my Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities to Emerge and be weaved within me into my emerging Flow of Interconnectivity and Wholeness.
Without this openness on my part, I was always lacking the inner Living Light within me in approaching and real form for repair and healing. Eventually through the budding science and awareness of the living co-parternship relationship that Epigenetics brought together within me, allowed me to experience this Flow of Interconnectivity and Wholeness as a tangible weaving that was always within me in allowing the heart behind the Living Light of Repair and Healing to Emerge. This is needed, especially whenever I was approaching Repair and Healing from a traditional medical system. Without the living awareness within the field of Epigenetics, I never could really allow the fullness behind my Natural Regenerative processes to exist. The Living Light within all of these forms that Epigenetics describes is needed to be present and awakened within my subtle energy body’s of living Light within and everything around me. Let alone the Presence of the Living Light within the subtle and physical environment around me. Let alone the Presence of the Living Light that exists within everything and anything that I eat, breath, drink, and interact within my life.
Earlier this year I brought forward my awareness how I was living my life in a fully Awake Way only when I was experiencing my personality in this richer sand fuller way. This was always being Weaved and Reweave through and beyond me from this living system of living light of these five qualities. From my Body, to my Mind and to me Spirit/Soul being weaved within my inner subtle energy body as being weaved together within and without the subtle energy body’s behind my outer Environment from the micro to the macro levels.
This is at the heart of me being awakened into my inner Nature and my inner Nurture within me being weaved into my Natural Healing Arts abilities. Exploring the awareness of my inner knowing that I was born into this time of Emerging Science and Medicine and the changing awareness of my Emerging Cultural and Environmental Experiences into exploring my living inner natural subtle light as being weaved within the inner natural subtle light behind all things. Only through this full and rich inner weaving, is what supports my abilities for unknown possibilities for my Repair and Healing to be fully present.
Our traditional approaches in experiencing Life creates within my body programming never to allow me to perceive nor to experience this wisdom of my Natural Regenerative Repair and Healing Arts that are waiting for me through Play and Joy. Without Play and Joy, my focus is upon protection and conquering and destroying that stands in my way for healing. The idea of repair through Regeneration and Rejuvenation, and Renewal is not believed possible. Conquer and destroy at all costs is the primary model for traditional forms of Healing.
Through the Presence of the Living Light through the Natural Regenerative Arts is what allows me to perceive what is needed to perceive the unknown possibilities that are present for the Transmutation of:
-Pain into Joy
-Duty into Love
-Disconnect into Interconnectivity & Wholeness
-Fear into Love
-Despair into Hope
-Distress into Unknown Possibilities of Joy

These fourteen minutes of this podcast discusses the radically change in both the research and what we see as the foundation of who we are as a human being. Since 1992 with the beginning of the Human Genome Project, our understanding of who we taught we were begins to collapse along with the medicine that once supported these previous theories and treatments based around our genetic code and our fantasy of personalized medicine based upon our genome. Instead we eventually perceive the Epigenetics Model of who we are that is in a constant relationship between Nature and Nurture Debate. Both are part of us as a living Interconnectivity system that both creates and uncreates challenges.
“Epigenetics is the study of how your behaviors and your environment can cause significant changes in the affective ways of how your genes work. Unlike genetic changes, Epigenetics changes are reversible to whats occurring, but do not change your DNA sequence. Instead they change how your body reads and communicates with your DNA sequence.” This is why the science talks about “communication” within our cells along with our entire inner ecosystem to the communication within and too our environmental ecosystem around us. From the room and buildings we are in to immediate environment around us to the land and sky, along with the entire outer landscape of the planet. Science has shown us how we are in constant communication from within and without. Not just on the planet earth, but also our solar system and beyond. This is researched hard science of today!
This is why this last year I have emphasized so much this new definition of our personality. Where our personality defines us through our body, mind, spirit, subtle energies within our ecosystem and our environment around us both at the physical and subtle energy levels.

I believe that conversation matters; that long form nuanced conversation is what we need now more than ever, to make the world a better place. Dr Zach Bush is a medical doctor and founder of the non-profit Farmer’s Footprint, created to find root cause solutions for human and ecological health. His passion for education reaches across many disciplines, including genomics, the immune system, and gut brain health.
Zach spent many years as a conventional doctor, specializing in internal medicine, endocrinology and hospice care. Disillusioned with the state of Western medicine, he began taking an integrative approach, studying the body’s microbiomes in relation to health, disease and food systems. Today though, Zach describes his life and work as ‘dedicated to the health of humanity and the planet we call home’.
In this conversation, Zach makes the case for a revolution in how we understand ourselves, our fellow humans, our healthcare and farming systems – and how we save the world. As I continue in exploring my identity through the awareness that “I Am Body,” and not getting trapped into believing that I am Not my “body’s injury.” I am Not my Body’s aging. I am Not my Body’s weight or size or body fat or body thinness. I am not Not my Body’s perceptions of what attractiveness and beauty is, especially by the standards of others. I am Not Body’s perceived challenges!
As I have explored throughout the last 40 plus years, for my body to enter the phase of repair and healing, my body requires a different quality and quantity of Living Light to both be present within me. Yet, having this quality of Living Light within me is still incomplete. For the depth and breadth of repair and healing to be fully manifested and lived, can only occur when I become a “generator of that Living Light” to everything and anything within the world around me through the Art of Play weaved within the Presence of the Living Light of Joy!
The building of my “inner Living Light” starts with my motivating energy for Play. The “Art of Play” kick starts the foundational relationship I am forming as a co-partner weaved within the “Living Light of the Heart Behind Anything.” Whenever you perceive a time motion photography of Nature Emerging, you can feel the “Art of Play” guiding the emerging growth. For the Presence of the Living Light of Joy, is the molder and the shaper of the unknown possibilities bringing form and shape behind all physical Emergence. Joy as a five sensory happiness for what occurring is byway we are used to experiencing. Versus the Heart of Joy as the former and the shaper behind everything and anything that is emerging into physical life. Regardless of the challenges and suffering that we initially perceive. A sense of play, weaved within the Living Light of Joy, opens me to the sense of my mystery of the unknown possibilities. This is so important for whatever the reason I am approaching my body awareness. Even though my body has been programmed to not allow myself to perceive this challenge or suffering as the portal, or doorway that is ready to experience my Unknown Possibilities to Emerge!
The weaving of this “Living Light” can only begin when I am an active participant as a “generator of my Living Light” with the world within my body and the world outside of my body. Within my Microbial World, one important focus is my ability to be a co-partner in both the transmutation of the various forms of the Toxicity that have been created within my watery gelled substances within my body. But also in the building of the Living Light within my watery gelled substances within my body, especially at the level of repair and healing within my cells. In order for repair and healing to be activated within my body, the “Art of Play was foundational as it was weaved with the Presence of the Living Light of Joy, finally I began to shift my focus upon repair and healing in allowing myself to be weaved within the Living Presences of these four qualities. I developed a living co-parternship relationship with the Presence of Living Light of Rejuvenation, with the Presence of Living Light of Regeneration, with the Presence of Living Light of Renewal, and with the Presence of Living Light of Emergence. At the Heart of Repair and Healing, is the Art of Play weaved within Joy, which allowed me to experienced how my heart through these four Presences of Living Light began the co-partnership relationship within me for the unknown possibilities for repair and healing.
Play is something I forget how to approach when I’m dealing with, no struggling, with my body challenges and sufferings. I would approach Play in my challenges and sufferings of my body, as in most forms of play as competition. This is a human design. This has been my design for healing and repair. This is not Nature’s design. Play opened me up to life and freed my inner creative imagination to explore the unknown fullness of my unknown possibilities within myself.
Once I began to re-center my motivational energy toward play weaved within Joy, my approach to healing and repair. Quickly awakened. Play became a spiritual and creative practice for myself. Suddenly I began to perceive how Nature plays and learn how to engage these four qualities of Rejuvenation, Regeneration, Renewal, and Emergence within everything and anything around me in my everyday life allowing the Presence of the Living Light of Joy to form and shape my unknown possibilities for repair and healing. Let alone Living!

Remember to invite these Heart of Nawal Forces to journey with you over these next few days in experiencing the Presence of the Living Light of these four qualities being awakened, being spouted, becoming new tiny buds forming and growing into the inner flowering of Living Light held within the watery gelled substances within us. First allow the felt sense of this to be present within our full watery gelled substances. Then ask this to be felt within the cells of the various areas of your body that is your focus upon repair and healing. At the end of each one of your sessions, be sure you ask this Presence of Living Light that is Emerging to be part of the generator of Living Light within you to be weaved within the Heart of Everything and within the Heart of Anything around you. This establishes your Heart of Living Light as your motivating energy behind all of the various activities for repair and healing. This establishes the Living Light as the motivator for “why am I about to engage in this activity?” This will begin the shifting of your motivating energy so that the Flow of the Living Light of Interconnectivity cab fully begin the “flowering” process within you. This will begin to increase the amount of living light energy pulsing through our body so that we are a generator of Living Light of Wisdom for myself, for my body, and then for the world around me. This becomes our core purpose for any and all activities today, including healing, health, and wholeness.
Continue to play with the various forms of the K’unk’un Drum with images of the Tree of Life, supporting your awareness of all the unseen possibilities that are waiting to enter the various forms of flowering through your watery gelled substances right now.

My ToolBox for Entering into a Co-Partnership Relationship with my Energy Intelligence
Living my Life from my Energy Intelligence allows me to shift my on-going relationship within my cells from decreasing the “Rate of Injury” within my cells could be engaging in. Instead, Energy Intelligence through my inner heart focus increases my “Rate of Repair” within my cells. This is called healing.
The quality of my inner light is played out within the influence of my subtle energy body. Through the Presence of Living Light flowing within and flowing out of my subtle energy body determines my relationship to my rate of injury versus my rate of repair. Energy Intelligence allows the weaving together of the various qualities of Living Light to grow and generate this Living Light within me.
My Mind Intelligence can limit or even significantly reduce or even blocking the quality of my Living Light Presence that is naturally being produced. This section on my “ToolBox” are various ways I practice new forms of my Energy Intelligence to both transmute whatever my Mind Intelligence can create hindering my quality of Living Light for repair. Therefore stimulating my healing response. During the remainder of this year I will be focusing upon the co-partnership relationship I create with my subtle energy body and it Living Light Presence effects the quality of healing within my cells.
This is why I have started with the energy intelligence focus upon the K’unk’un Drum and the images of the Tree of Life. Regardless of what is happening within my body, or my thoughts and feelings I am focusing upon. In these experiences I honor the challenges I am engaged with in my rate of injury that has been my focus. Instead I am engaging my Energy Intelligence and the Living Light Wisdom that is held within my subtle energy body. Acknowledging that behind my injury exists a greater quality of my Presence of Living Light that naturally creates my rate of repair and healing.
Since the 1990’s my focus on myself and others was not on what created my injury or disease. Although it is important to identify where that focus is emerging from within my life. Regardless what my mind intelligence focus is upon my history, or the way I perceive the world events around me, or the various forms of toxicity that exists within and around my environment. Energy Intelligence through my relationship within my subtle energy body is stronger then and outer influence that exist within my life today. Even the toxicity of outer chemicals in my air, water, soil, food, or pharmaceutical substances I may be engaged with. At the heart of Energy Intelligence core is what Nawal Ajma’k, Day 6, creates within me that I am born with an ember of the First Fire behind all of creation. That this First Fire grows throughout my life in spite of everything and everybody I am engaged with. Nothing that can be created by humans either directly or indirectly, the Emergence of my First Fire is stronger to transmute anything and everything that is behind my injury or separation.
Then with Nawal Aq’abal, todays Living Nawal Day 13, its qualities of Living Light begins the Transmutation process in repairing whatever has been injured or separated within me. Finally with Nawal Toj Living Light Presence, Day 19, completes the cycle of Transmutation so on Day 20, Nawal Tz’e’, the healing repair process is stronger then the injury or separation we have been living.
During the next four days, open your inner awareness to this focus upon “Rate of Injury versus Rate of Repair.” Open to the inner knowing that your Energy Intelligence is stronger then your Mind Intelligence. That your Living Light for your Rate of Repair is being generated by the K’unk’un Drumming and the various sprouting, budding, and flowering Living Light of the Wisdoms that exist behind every injury or every separation. You are the I Am of Repair and the emergence of Healing. You are not the I Am of your injury, disease, or the separations and loss you are experiencing in your Life today.
One primary tool of “Energy Intelligence” I have used for many years has been the Tz’utujiil Maya K’unk’un Drum. In the last two Meditations on Wisdoms I have asked you to begin to explore the Living Light behind your own emerging, growing, and flowering “Tree of Life” with the K’unk’un Drum calling forward your subtle forces to support you in perceiving yourself and life around you from your inner Wisdom nature, as the K’unk’un Drum is being played behind these sprouting and flowering images.

Continue to explore the K’unk’un Drum in this different way of stimulating the Living Light within you for Repair and Healing. In this video you will hear two different K’unk’un Drums, one being played in the Temple House of San Juan Martín and the other in the Elder House of ma Pla’s Sequel. One of the various qualities of Living Light that are held within these Temple Houses is the “Calling the Various Nawals and Maria from all of Nature” forward.
Beauty emerges through all of Nature, and we as human beings are weaved into the fabric of everything within Nature. We are born from the Living Light of Nature. Our healing restorative Living Light that is behind our weaving within all of Nature, allows us to be the generator of Living Light that flows through us back into the outer physical world.

Over the next few days I would like you to watch and experience through your body’s felt sense the K’unk’un Drum calling the Nawals and the Marias of Nature forward to be open to their Presence of Living Light to be weaved back into the fabric of your physical and subtle body’s. Open to your felt sense to feel this new emerging Presence of Living Light that is in the flow of the Interconnectivity within you being lived and supported through the inner and outer
Nature of Gaia all around you. Not just what you usually think of Nature in the outer physical world, but all the inner Nature within all of the Artifacts around you including the outer and inner parts of the buildings, all of the objects around you, and even the various forms of transportation you travel within.
In exploring the Art of Remembering that whatever I perceive of myself or my outer reality around me can be found within in this short video through the various stages of experience my sprouting, growing, and flowering as my myself as a unique Tree of Life. Just like I am able to perceive the various stages within the cycles of Flowering. I am also able to perceive my Life from the various levels of Wisdom that are growing and exists within me throughout each day. This awareness of how each perception I hold is somewhere within this spectrum of the various stages of growth in my flowering Emergence of my Wisdom. I never am a full flowering tree with each bud in full bloom.
Exploring this perspective has allowed me to relax and open to an inner place within me of a freedom of no longer needing to enter a place of inner judgement, or blame, or shame, or guilt, or questioning why is this happening too me now. So whenever I become aware of my reactivity and challenges, for whatever the outer reason may be including the diagnosis and the growing or various form of physical diseases and other physical challenges and limitations of my body. My Living Tree of Life has places of full flowering bloom where Wisdom is available for me in both my ability to perceive my current situation, but also is available for me for the unknown possibilities for my healing. Wisdom is at the core of my personality’s natural state of living for me. Through the Art of Remembering, I hold within me the various degrees of the qualities of Wisdom for healing through the various forms of budding that is moving through and towards my full flowering potential. There are always places within me where the buds are tiny and tightly and are being held together where my reactivity and challenges and separation are still present just waiting for me to allow my inner weaved Presence of Living Light to flow from these Wisdoms. For this is the journey of Living my Life I am exploring.
Through the Art of Remembering, that my flowering of Wisdom and Healing to enter into my full bloom can only emerge through a profound quality of inner Light that propels this flower to enter the full blooming of my unknown possibilities. So when the flowering is complete, the quality and depth of Light that it took to fall off the Tree is profound and now available within me for my choosing.
Although my flower when it falls off and is no longer available for me to perceive, there is an inner knowing that I have within me all the inner tools of Living Light to choose easily my perception of Wisdom within this area of myself, or with others, or these various event around me. Assuming I have allowed my inner silence to support me instead of the collective patterns around me. I am able to know that I have a free will choice of Wisdom or I have a free will choice for Separation and Reactivity. This inner place within me as a choice and awareness of both. This choice is my journey with this one part of me, or one part of me that I perceive in others, or one part of me in the way I perceive the world events I am aware of.
Let’s now start with the Tree of Life and the K’unk’un Drum calling forth the Nawals and Marias of all of Nature’s Forces of Living Light to weave me into my inner flow of Interconnectivity for the Presence of Living Light within me is supporting me through whatever challenges I am engaged within Living my Life today.
I first feel this throughout my whole body during my first play through of this 4:55 video. As I observe and perceive the various stages of sprouting, budding, flowering, I am opening to my felt sense of knowing that my whole body, mind, and spirit is being awakened to grow this Living Light Presence of who I truly am, my I Am. Knowing that my personality holds within the Living Light of my First Fire my living Light for Living. I ask this to support me especially within my physical and my subtle energy body’s.
On my second play through, I first open and ask to experience once again my flowing of my inner Presence of Living Light from before. So now I am building upon these previous foundation of my flow of Living Light in my Interconnectivity to everything around me. I am asking during this second play through in focusing upon one or several of the areas of my physical body that needs and an additional boost of Living Light from this Presence of Living Light that is available from my unknown floe of the possible. I ask this to emerge and grow me into my inner feeling of being fully supported within my flowering.
On my third play through were some areas of my physical body that is still being challenged, I ask to feel this area as being supported by the sprouting and growing of my tiny buds into the emerging of my various stages of opening.
During my fourth play through, I ask this flow of my emerging Presence of Living Light to flow through my whole inner and outer subtle and physical body’s, so I may feel the Interconnectivity within me and without everything around me. So I may haves a full felt sense of my inner body silence being supported through my unknown possibilities.
When I can find 20 minutes of time, I explore these four play throughs one after each other in one sequence. Then I rest into the unknown possibilities that whatever is flowing and flowering through my body’s inner silence, keeps sprouting, growing, and flowering me within my qualities of Living Light. I deserve to enter and to be weaved within my wholeness of my unknown possibilities of Living Light. I ask my core of my First Fire of Living Light to generate my flow into and through me and bring all of this within all directions around me including the room that I am currently within, and the building, and the land and sky beneath and above me is weaved within all the forms of Nature and to all of Humanity for my unknown possibilities to fully emerge.
Whenever I am being directly challenged my my physical body, I explore this cycle of four play through weaving me and quickening within me my Presence of Living Light into my world every 3 to 4 hours. As you partake on this exchange of Living Light through your experiences of watch this video again and again, allowing the K’unk’un Drum to call your inner forces of supportive Light to bring you along your path of Flowering your Wisdom for the yourself, for others, and for the world events around you to be weaved within the flow and the flowering of the Heart Behind Everything and Anything in my life today. I am engaged within my journey of emergence!

Focus of my Invitation to the Presence of the Living Light Energies:
Note for the change in the words from Intention to Invitation!
During the last cycle of the Lunar Calendar of the Daily Nawals, I shifted from the word “Intention” to the word “Invitation.” Intention is a word used by my Mind Intelligence to describe what I want to happen as the end result of what I, my Mind is Asking. “Invitation” is what I want to experience in a co-partnership relationship through my Energy Intelligence.
So in the shifting in the use of the word to “Invitation” – instead, I am inviting you, the Living Light of the Nawal, create with me through your Living Light this unknown possibilities that I am requesting.
Initially it felt like a shift of wording. But as I spent time exploring the difference in my felt sense within my body behind these two words, suddenly the awareness of a stronger and deeper weaving was present through my “Invitation.” Enjoy exploring this subtle difference within your own body felt sense.
