Reflections of a living Tz’utujiil Maya Nab’eysiil

Navigating Conrad’s Blog on Meditation on Wisdom” has grown since it Beginnings on 21 December 2021. These blogs are my personal notes I am creating each morning reflecting upon my focus of how I approach and how I am Living Life weaved within the Mayan Subtle world focus of Paq’alib’al.

These personal notes are that’s, unedited, raw, and at times grammatical, spelling, typos, and long sentence structure fully present. They all are freshly written, edited, and created around 3 am EDT before the sunrises, and are published by 7 am EDT nearly each morning. So they are my first attempts in exploring my inner connections into the subtle realms of the Tz’utujiil Maya Forces of Living Light of the “Ways of Perceiving – Ilah” to live my life through the support and the living co-partnership with the energy of Light of todays Wisdoms. Regardless of the sufferings and the challenges I am engaged with during these changing and unpredictable times within my world, I have a choice to what and how I express as my Life.

I am the Nab’eysiil of the Tz’utujiil Maya community in Guatemala. I am the carrier and the Keeper of the Wisdoms weaved within the Bundle of the Heart of Nature and the Keeper of the Wisdoms weaved within the Bundle of the Heart of Humanity. Before the sunrises each morning, as when the sunsets each evening, and throughout and in between these cycles, there is an constant dance of Subtle World Forces of Living Light available to me. These Subtle World Forces of Living Light is available to you, and available to everything and anything living on this Emerging Place of Earth.

The presence of Living Light exists within and behind everything and anything on this emerging planet. If it exists in physical form, regardless of how it is formed and shaped, a living Presence of Light is weaved into and within. This is so much larger then what our mind perceives to what is alive. Becoming awake with how our thoughts and feelings and the beliefs and intentions we hold are Alive and weaved within the Presence of Living Light. This Living Light is present within and behind every form of expression. From every object of physical matter to what it is that is spoken outwardly or spoken within. Everything holds a Presence of Living Light. This Living Light is weaved within and behind and becomes a container for the Living Light of the Unknown Wisdoms that desire to be expressed into everything and anything in the “Ways we are Living Life.” This Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities of the Wisdoms, are the expression of the Spirit and Dream held by the Living Spirit of Gaia. Living Life is our unique way we bring form and shape to the Dream of Gaia through the uniqueness held within us and how we choose to be an expression of Living Light behind everything and anything we are engaged within.

I explore the Road of Renewal each day, and throughout the day, allows me to be weaved within this living co-partnership with these Subtle World Forces. Together we engage my unique ways I participate within Living my Life from the Living Light of the Wisdoms of the Unknown Possibilities. This allows me to be a Generator of Light that I bring forward to the various forms and shapes of everything and anything I am engaged within and outsider of me.

This blog of “Reflections” has sprouted and grown into four major sections.

Section One reflects the “Journey of World Renewal” – the Collective Patterns discussing the Extended Ritual Cycles of the Tz’utujiil Maya parallel rituals to the Christian Rituals of leading up to and through the cycles of Death and Rebirth as explored during Holy Week. The Indigenous Ways are focused upon “Renewal.” There is no Death and Rebirth at the heart of Renewal. Instead, when a cycle enters it endings, at sunset of that cycle our bundle rests. Through the Mystery of the Living Lunar Light of night, our bundle is taken part, renewed, and weaved once again back to its initial clarity of Beginning Light. This is Beginning Light is weaved within the new Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities that are available for our new cycle that waits to emerge. At sunrise, we pick up what appears to be the same outer bundle we laid down at sunset. Yet our current bundle now is different. It is went through the natural Cycle of Renewal through the Mystery behind the Lunar cycles. The old ways were un-weaved, and now refreshed back to its original Light and weaved with the vibrant Living Light of the Unknown Wisdoms. We are ready to take our new steps onto our Road of Emergence. Exploring our new cycle of Living Life refreshed and renewed.

These writings, pictures, videos, and podcasts, in Section One reflect one form and shape of the Indigenous Ways of the Tz’utujiil Maya exploring the rituals of World Renewal.

Section Two reflect the “Journey of Personal Renewal” – our Individual Patterns. This section explores the same qualities we are exploring in the Collective Ways of World Renewal. Explores the various forms of co-partnership with these Subtle World Forces of Light to support our individual creative actions of Living Life.

Section Three reflects the “Weaving our Personal – Collective Intentions” with the Subtle World Living Light of Paq’alib’al through the 260 Day Lunar Cycle. This section began in mid January 2022 where I began to share my exploration in forming a living relationship between myself and the Living Light of the Subtle World Forces.

The journey through the 260 Day Lunar Cycle allows me to enter daily into a new co-partnership relationship with the various Subtle Forces of Living Light. This living co-partnership is what allows me the ability to walk through the challenges within my personal life and the challenges that I face through the collective patterns of life. Wisdom can only emerge when my unique First Fire of my heart and the unique First Fire of the heart behind the Collective Patterns can be weaved together into one Flow of Interconnectivity of Wisdom. This weaving supports me to enter the Road of my Personal Journey of Renewal and explore being a Generator of Living Light to myself, to others, and the physical and subtle worlds around me.

Section Four reflects the Unique Living Light behind the 260 Day Lunar Cycle of the Twenty Day Living Light of the Nawals. Each one of these twenty Nawals reflect a unique energy of Light that weaves me into my personal Journey of Renewal. This same cycle of twenty Nawals is repeated thirteen times in allowing me to explore the deeper inner working around my Personal Renewal. Through each twenty day cycle repeating through the thirteen cycles allows me each day and through each cycle to lay down my unique bundle at sunset in the ways I explore Living my Life today. So I may pick-up my Renewed Bundle refreshed each day within my new ways to explore Living my Life through my co-partnership relationships between the subtle and physical worlds.

This section always begins with one of Ilene Satala painting and reflections around what the Tz’utujiil Maya Indigenous Ways call “Good Medicine - Kox aq’oom.” The Road of Renewal, either Personal or Collective, is all about “Good Medicine - Kox aq’oom.” Good Medicine is the journey or road we participate with for our Mind, Body, Spirit in exploring the Road of Renewal. Where our ability is to be weaved within our “Heart of – Ruk’ux” to the “Heart of – Ruk’ux” within the Dream of Gaia to be weaved within the “Heart of – Ruk’ux” of the struggles, the challenges, the suffering, the separation we experience in life. The Weaving within the “Heart Behind Everything” and the “Heart Behind Anything” is the foundation of Living my Life as a “Generator of Light.” This is the foundation behind all forms of transformation and healing. This section gives us the Awareness of the various ways Wisdom is available to be weaved within us through the “Heart of – Ruk’ux” to choose other ways I may engage in Living my Life.

Section Three

Section Three Weaving our Personal – Collective Intentions with the Subtle World Living Light of Paq’alib’al through the 260 Day Lunar Cycle

In this Cycle Three, the weaving together of my Living Light within my Subtle Energy Body is being restored.

This emerges through the living co-partnership relationship that the Living Light of the Daily Nawals allows me to form with these Forces of Living Light. “Teach me through your Living Light of Rei Pascal, to place me onto my path to learn to have a Living Relationships with the Living Light of Nawal Na’ooj – the Rilaj Maam and Maria Kastelyaan. I ask to explore with the other Living Lights from the Living Lights of Wisdom, Maria Na’ooj - the Secret of Love Elder House and Nawal Juan Na’ooj and Nawal Diego Na’ooj. Gather and weave within me the Living Lights of the Wisdoms of the Unknown Possibilities that are available for me at this time of my life. So the inner Beauty that exist within me at the age of 74 may fully emerge, as I am exploring my Intentions in speaking to myself, and as I speak to others about this Living Light of my Wisdoms.”

At sunrise today, “Assist me the Living Lights of the various living forms of Nawal Na’ooj, to embrace and grow the Living Light within every part of who I Am in my Wholeness. Assist me to experience the Living Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity flowing through the inner fluidity as I am Re-Centered and Weaved today into a flowing matrix of Interconnectivity of Living Light. I have been re-centered and weaved today within my subtle and physical body’s within the Living Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity of Light forming the pathways between all the organic and inorganic and mineral form. I have been re-centered and weaved today between all plants, between all animals, between all humans, and between all electrical pulses and between everything and anything that exists in both physical and non-physical forms. I am living and being held within the dream that is available for me to emerge from the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities from the subtle realms of the primordial waters.

Teach me Nawal Na’ooj in your Living Relationship with the Living Lights of the various Living Light Presences within the Heart of Earth and within the Heart of Sky to live within the knowing that my personal self, my personality at its core contains a unique Living Light of First Fire that is able to transmute any form of darkness, so I may be Living Life that supports every part of who I Am. Regardless of my acute or chronic diseases or pains, or sufferings or challenges or limitations of aging and throughout the different areas of my body. I Am this unique Living Light of First Fire which encompasses the Wholeness of Who I Am. I am not my diagnosis. I am not my pain. I am not my physical limitations. I am not my aging body. There is more to Who I Am at this moment in time.”

One of the most important qualities of today, Day 17 Light of the Living Nawal Keej. I and we have been weaved together with all the various forces of Light through the previous twelve Living Nawals Days. I am now able to start my Living of Life in my co-partnership relationship with the Light of Gaia-Nawal Skirmeent.

As I walk into Living Life today at sunrise, I ask these various forms of Living Light that have been weaved within me, to weave this with the various qualities of Living Lights forming my relationships of my Living of Life as a True Gaian Human Being.

As I continue to explore my introductions to you during these first 80 Lunar Days of Light, through your various forms of Living Light- the Daily Nawals, your unique qualities of Living Light allow me to begin to experience the Living Light of Self-Compassion for my current ways of perceiving and my current ways of living my life of limitations and separations around my 74 year old body.

The most empowering gift of action I have to offer is the way I am choosing to be Living Life from the perspective of my story of co-partnering with the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities. How I am living this within myself gives me a living perspective in how and what I am communicating this story to others. Each of us as our own unique Living Light of First Fire within. Through our unique Living Light of First Fire, I, we, will choose the various ways to perceive the events within my life today. This will emerge through me in the choices I make to communicate my words and the outer actions I take in Living Life.

The resonance of this Light of the Living Subtle Forces, and the resonance of the Living Light of the Wisdoms, along with the various others forces of the resonance of the Living Light within the Subtle Realms are now fully available and waiting to explore within me, within us. This Living Light is now simultaneously always available for me, and is simultaneously always available us, in all of the various ways I, we, are engaged in Living Life.

Todays Living Light of Nawal Q’aniil, holds an important container for us in walking through the experiences of Living Life in the world around us. The Flow of the Living Light Presence of Water within us and outside of us. Hopefully this material may take on a deeper and broader meaning after the various forms of life experiences you have been engaged in over these last two Lunar Calendar Cycle of forty days of Living Life. The ways we perceived Living Life forty days ago had one focus, and today in the on-going changing events of the world and Humanity’s responses to it, today has a different meaning.

“If you build the intent within you, the subtle world will respond.” “You the Living Light of Nawal Q’aniil, teach me, show me, how to choose the Light of the Wisdoms. Regardless of how convincing the focus of my subconscious mind is on what cannot happen, your Living Light Nawal Q’aniil, weaves me with the Living Light of Courage, and shift my perceptions so I may be birth into the Light of the Living Wisdoms.

Explore with me today how the various Forces of Light from the subtle realms, including the Light of the Unknown Possibilities can emerge and transform the physical matter within the current conditions of our body into exploring the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities. When chronic or acute diseases, or chronic or acute pain, to short or long term physical challenges and limitations are present, even the process of aging, there is always a reduction and lowering of our magnetic field resonance state of Light-Energy within our body. Regardless of the source of the challenges, including pain or the inflammation within our body, I am always engaging within the Living Light Behind the Indigenous Ways of Living Life, simultaneously when needed, traditional forms of Medicine.

Regardless of how strong my subconscious mind is screaming at me to what I am currently engaged in, I have leaned to honor and bless this outer struggle of my body. When I choose to engage into the full struggle with my subconscious mind, this only reinforces further my limitations, sufferings, and feeling the hopelessness of my current wounded situations. Being able to honor and bless this current body struggle opens the door to the Living Light of the Wisdoms to be made available for me.

As I simultaneously open to experience the Light of the Wisdoms, my initial focus is on the Living Light of Love for my whole body first. Reflecting upon all the areas of my body that are in the flow of the interconnectivity of Light. This then includes reflecting on the regenerative nature of support that is always available to me in being weaved within my subtle body of Light that exists behind the struggling body parts.

This allows the Light of the Unknown Possibilities of the body as a whole, and especially these areas of the body that are being challenged, to begin experiencing an increase of Light. This allows the Light of Renewal, the Light of Regeneration, the Light of Rejuvenation, and the Light of the Emergence of my body to be awakened in the assisting of the Light of the unknown potential for repair and the Light of the unknown potential for Healing. Every cell holds a “Creative Force of Light” (the Light of the unknown possibilities is held within every cell). This creative force of Light is what engages the cells “Drive For Life into the Flow of Light for the Interconnectivity.”

Cancer cells are in a highly damaged traumatic state, loosing its repair capabilities, creating more and more isolating cancer cells. Still at its core, this cancer cells still holds this creative force for its drive for life. However, the cancer cell engages in this inherent same creative force drive for life, but not for repair or healing. Instead the cancer cell duplicates itself to create more traumatic damages and this becomes the dominant force within our body increase of cancer.

Chronic disease emerges at the point of this failed energy production. Chronic disease is never attacking us. Disease never attacks a healthy human cell. Rather there always is a reduction and lowering of the Light of our magnetic fields resonance state of Energy. Repair and healing is natural and always occurring from a increased Light state of resonance that is always available within us.

Research is showing us how Memory is Stored in Water! The fluidity of the water stored within our body. Emoto on the focusing on Love and other forms of Wisdoms changes the crystal structure of contaminated water into healthy water and also how healthy water through negative feelings creates contaminated water.

The Living Light of Love, as in all human emotions that we have within us can also be measured upon its effect on the Light production or the Light reduction within Plants. The Light of the Wisdoms beginning with the Light feeling of Love increases the Quality of Light within plants, as in and any and all forms of Nature. The human emotions of fear, guilt, anger, chaos, reactivity reduces the quality of Light within plants and in any and all forms of Nature.

Everything I do in my outer verbal and non-verbal inner energy work with myself and with others since the late 1980’s is to change the quality of Light Vibration within the water-the fluidity that flows within my body and the body of others. Along with establishing the interconnectivity between the Light held within the water sources outside of us being weaved in a living supportive way to the Light within the water (fluidity) within us.

This new research into water and its stored memories will fill in the gaps to understanding how the stored memories of our subconscious mind, can be altered with the vibrations of the Light of the Wisdoms and other forms of Light within our subtle energy body and the Subtle Forces of Light around us. This material is no longer new age or metaphysical. It is both at the Heart of our Indigenous Ways and at the Heart Behind our current scientific research too.

Birthing Wisdom in the World (Woman of the Wisdom Tree painting by Ilene Satala)

This painting was inspired by the deep energies of the ancient past and its reflection upon the Divine as feminine in nature. The people of the earth 50,000 years ago, and up through time, saw the Spirit of Nature as a Great Mother. She was the all-pervading force of the earth and the cosmos. She birthed the world and all of its animals and plants, making humanity the stewards of Her kingdom.

Nature was imbued with Her powers, so Her presence was felt in sacred locations and aspects of nature. Thus all was alive with Her essence. One could communicate with Her spirit through sacred nature. Water, rocks, mountains, plants, and the earth itself were Her oracles. Everything became a repository of Her energy; energy that could be found in concentrated areas, making them holy. Like a treasure chest, the right person could open these objects in nature and learn Her secrets.

Trees were part of this network of Holy Wisdom. People like you or me could congregate in sacred groves of trees to sit and learn what Nature herself had to teach. There are many stories of the Oracles of Trees, and the idea of the Tree of Knowledge grew out of these very old traditions. This idea stirred a creative spark in me to paint a painting that addressed this concept.

I think we can open to the gifts of nature and let these gifts grow in us as wisdom. The wisdom of the ancient ideas is as fresh today as in the past. We are the stewards of Nature herself and we can learn from her and let her each us to heal the Earth and in turn heal ourselves.

The tree becomes a symbol of growing up towards knowledge. Mother Natures body is the hills and mountains of Earth. Her body is covered in images from the distant past when we new who she was and how valuable our environment was. Her heart has a single bloom open and lighted with an invitation to feel compassion.

Ever growing and evergreen she looks to us to preserve her life and meaning.

Practical Wisdom of Nawal Q’aniil

Today I give you the opportunity to develop a relationship with the Living Nawal Presence of Light, Nawal Q’aniil. This Being of Light-Nawal Q’aniil is like an angelic being. Through its energy, and through its form and shape, this Being of Light-Nawal Q’aniil weaves together this specific Light of Birthing Wisdom into the World through the Heart of Everything.

Nawal Q’aniil gives Birth to all forms of Wisdom flowing through Nature. Whatever is created into physical form that can only exist because it emerges as part of the Presence of Light that flows from the Dream of Gaia.

Please stay open to to this next awareness. Humanity is an integral part of Nature, not a separate part of Nature. We exist in parallel ways just like all things that grow and create new life in its various forms. From an ancient Mayan indigenous perspective, humans are depicted in its physical human form. Humans are depicted as a Tree of Life. Humans are depicted as a Corn Plant. Humans are depicted as animals. Humans are depicted as parts of the various organic forms of the Earth. We see this depicted in stone and wooden carving. We see this depicted in various forms of paintings. We see this depicted in the hieroglyphics. We see this depicted in the names that are especially given to humans that depict its relationship to all the various forms of Nature. We see this depicted in the names given to humans based upon their unique creative activities they perform. We see this depicted in the various objects that humans adorn.

Indigenous cultures see the flow of interconnectivity and wholeness between anything and everything that emerges in life. It is why Indigenous cultures have no concept or name for the word religion. What we describe as a religion, their description for this emerges in their livingness of Wisdom described as “Living Life.” Whatever we perceive, whatever we encounter, whatever we create, everything is connected to and flows form the Presence of Light of the Divine Maker-the One Creator of Everything and Anything. This is what we do in “Living Life.” We contribute our unique Presence of Light behind Everything and Anything we perceive and behind every encounter in our living life. This includes allowing our unique Presence of Light to be present behind each thought, feeling, and action we take inwardly and outwardly in life.

It is why when we encounter fear, anger, or other emotions that create separation, we bless and honor these feelings or these thoughts as our immediate reality. Through these Blessings, returns us to our heart center (our connection to the Heart Behind Everything and Heart Behind Anything) and a neutral state of activity instead of reactivity. As we experience our unique Presence of Light being weaved with this connecting Presence of Light from the Dream of Gaia we emerge into our unique form and shape of a human that is fully engaged within Living Life!

This combined Presence of Light flows into and through the heart of ourself, so what we initially felt and experienced as our initial thoughts, feelings, and actions that were not part of our quiet state of inner calmness. As we allowed this to be weaved within our Heart Behind Everything, allows our subtle energy body to emanate this Light Presence to the world around us. This allows us to experience the inner calmness first within our body and eventually within our Mind. We therefore our always contributing to the flow of interconnectivity and wholeness in creating a quality and vitality to the living inner and outer “Forest” we are engaged within.

Nawal Q’aniil is the keeper of this living environment of Light to birth the Heart Behind Everything. Through its energy, through its form and shape, flows the Presence of Light to birth the vitality and the qualities available to us through the Wisdoms of the unknown possibilities. The flow of this Birthing Presence of Light, Nawal Q’aniil, awakens the unknown potential that will always be available for all of humanity and expressed throughout the various forms of life from the Soul of Gaia. This Presence of Light is available throughout all of time. From behind everything that has been birthed in the past. It is behind everything that is birthed in the Present. It is behind everything that will be birthed in the future.

For years I experienced myself throughout numerous ancient Mayan sites while standing in front of carved stone statue, where the leader was depicted in the carving as the Tree of Life or the Corn Plant. Suddenly I emerged into this carving and was shown how ever word I was inwardly thinking, and whatever words I was outwardly speaking where alive and giving birth to a living breathing from of creation. Similar to the twigs and branches and limbs growing from a tree. Human thoughts, human words, human feelings, and human actions all create a living forest of tree’s and other vegetative forms of growth, similar to that of Nature.

When my creations regardless from an inner and/or outer expressions was of Fear, Anger, Blame, Shame, Guilt, Judgements, Questioning, Debating, Bullying, and where every action I was engaged in, the forest I was creating was weak, sickly, sparse of life and vitality.

When my inner and outer expressions was of Hope, Joy, Love, Compassion, Nurturing, Kindness behind the actions I was engaged in, the Forest I was creating was lush, strong, green, and emanated a living vitality of life.

This same vision was repeated again and again over the years, but this image was not limited to just the birthing of plants. I was also shown the birthing through animals, or the birthing through organic forms of nature. One form of perceptions gave birth to plants, and animals, and nature that was hostile, threatening and plain scary. Other forms of my focus gave birth to plants, and animals, and nature in creating a living energy of cooperation and in harmony with all things.

With time I finally got it! I was constantly birthing life 24/7 behind everything and anything I was engaged in. The potential of the unknown possibilities and the unknown potentials of living life was up to me to decide the quality and the vitality of Light I was generating through me. I was co-partnered as the feminine creator giving the form and shape and quality and vitality to what I was giving birth through based upon the inner focus I brought to every action I participated within myself, and within everything and with everyone around me in living life. At a later point in time, Ilene created the painting “Woman of the Wisdom Tree” that depicted in visual form what exists as our unknown potential that we waits inside of us to Birth the unknown potential of the vitality of life around us.

This awareness emerged as the living nature of my Indigenous heritage. I began to experience that maybe this Indigenous awareness was humanities true purpose. To fully participate in one’s Life’s Purpose is by participating and creating life through this generating Light of the vitality and qualities of the essence of these various forms of the Presence of Light of the Wisdoms behind whatever we are engaged in. Our purpose as a human is not what we do. Our purpose as a human is allowing the feminine aspect of ours self in giving birth to this Presence of Light. Through this energy of vitality and as the co-creator of these qualities of Wisdom, we choose to express our true Nature behind everything and anything we are engaged within every aspect of Life.

Hence I live life contributing to the livingness of life around me through this vitality and the qualities Light that nurtures this growth of my inner and outer Forest. The struggles was have with our forests and all forms of nature are only the representation of the struggles we have with what we are engaged in within ourself. This is the richness of the soil we bring as our inner growth to life around us.

This is why the subtle realms forces spend more energy and time not dealing with and cleaning up and transmuting the outer pollution and toxicity in our environment. In stead more time in the subtle realms is focused upon dealing with the pollutions and the toxicity that is created by our minds focus both inwardly and outwardly in what we emanate as our lack of vitality that we contribute to the life within and around us. This is what creates the feelings of being alone and the feelings of separateness we experience in living life.

The Light of Joy give form and shape in birthing an environment supported by Nawal Q’aniil. This gives us the opportunity to enter the unknown. Through the Living Presence of Light of Nawal Q’aniil, in co-partnership with the Light of Joy, supports us through any and all challenges, suffering, or disasters we are encountering.

Regardless of the form of Wisdom that is available to us, it is the ultimate authority behind all things. Wisdom is available behind all forms of leadership from the individual level, to that leadership behind our family, and the leadership behind anything and everything that emerges into the manifestation and grows into a new physical form.

Through the Light of Nawal Q’aniil, gives us the opportunity to birth our true purpose in life. For we are ultimately a living container that allows our unique Light of Wisdom to flow from within us into every action and into every experience we participate as a living co-partner in life.

Birth and Weave me to the Purpose behind my life, so I may participate, create, communicate today through the Unknown Possibilities behind Everything and behind Anything that is challenging in my awareness within every part of my life. I ask Nawal Q’aniil, birth the Emergence of this Presence of Light (my unique Fire of Light weaved with the Light of the Heart of the Dream of Gaia) behind any and all of my current perceptions and actions.
