Conrad’s Blog on “Meditation on Wisdom” are my personal notes I am creating each morning reflecting upon my focus of how I approach and how I am Living Life weaved within the Mayan Subtle world forces of Paq’alib’al.
These personal notes are that’s, unedited, raw, and at times grammatical, spelling, typos, and long sentence structure fully present. They all are freshly written, edited, and created around 3 am EDT before the sunrises, and are published by 7 am EDT nearly each morning. So they are my first attempts in exploring my inner connections into the subtle realms of the Tz’utujiil Maya Forces of Living Light of the “Ways of Perceiving – Ilah” to live my life through the support and the living co-partnership with the energy of Light of todays Wisdoms. Regardless of the sufferings and the challenges I am engaged with during these changing and unpredictable times within my world, I have a choice to what and how I express as my Life.

REFLECTIONS OF A LIVING TZ’UTUJIIL MAYA NAB’EYSIIL
From my experiences and the Tz’utujiil Maya traditions, my Forest Therapy experiences, along with Lorian perspectives, the 260 days cycle of prenatal development is one of building the pathways of Light within the Flow of Interconnectivity within all relationships known and unknown.
The first trimester in prenatal development, of almost 90 days is the forming, shaping, and weaving together of the relationships between the subtle forces of the two individuals that brought forward the creation. The subtle forces of the interconnectivity within the inner dreams, the inner visions, and the inner known and unknown possibilities of the Wisdoms that are held with each of these individuals subtle forces.
This time frame covers Cycles 1-4 of the Living Light of the Daily Nawals. Here I am being formed and shaped and weaved within the flow of the subtle forces of each of the Living Light within the subtle forces of each of the 20 Daily Nawal and the subtle forces of their three creators subtle forces of Light. The Living Light of their unknown possibilities within these Daily Nawals Is being weaved within the dreams, visions, and the inner knowing of the Wisdoms I am here to explore and experience in this life. This weaving awakens my inner seeded nature for this time in my life to begin to grow and become conscious in supporting my daily ways of living.
The second trimester, again of almost 90 days in prenatal development, establishing the weaving and forming the seeds within the subtle energy form of the developing fetus. The subtle forces between all primary and secondary family members are seeded, along with the physical environment were the child will begin living life. The heart of land and they heart of sky is seeded and weaved where this journey of life in physical form will begin. So is the city, state, country, along with gender and other key elements of the over-lighting subtle forces will be seeded and weaved within this fetus. Any particular over-lighting energy of physical people for potential unknown forms of relationships are also seeded during this time.
This time frame covers Cycles 5-9 of the Living Light of the Daily Nawals. Here I am transmuting and emerging into the Living Light forces of subtle energy to forme and shape and weave within me to what is needed on my path of life during this time frame of my history. Here Rei Pascal is called upon numerous times to assist me in the inner subtle forces of communication from my soul to my subtle energy body, to my first fire of my personality. To be weaved together with the inner subtle forces of my current landscape of the earth and sky above me. And I am centered within the Heart of Humanity to explore the unknown purpose of why I am here. In this 90 days cycle whatever is not needed or is blocking me from this emergence is faced through kindness, love, and compassion. So what emerges at the end of this second cycle of 90 days is ready to be sprouted and frown into my living life as the Light of who I truly am to be.
The third trimester, again nearly 90 days, deepens the weaving of the Living light between all the parts that have been seeded within me and prepares for the emergence of the child into its First Fire that will emerge at birth.
This time frame covers Cycles 10-13 of the Living Light of the Daily Nawals. Here the inner sprouting is occurring behind the invitation I set for this cycle of 260 lunar nights. The seeds that are sprouting are ready to break through into my First Fire to flower my livingness into the life of my inner dreams and visions. These next 20 days in Cycle 9 will be the fine tuning of all that is needed to emerge when I enter Cycle 10 and begin my journey into the flowering-the living of my purpose to my inner core of who I am.
Now I have entered the last 20 lunar light cycle preparing the Living Light of my inner divinity, my inner Nature, of what we call the Living Light of the Feminine Forces to be ready to emerge in the last 90 lunar cycles. This current 20 Day cycle sets the foundation of the Emergence of the Living Light that has been seeded and weaved within my into my unique Flowering of who I am as a Living Light within and outside of me.
Over the next few blogs I will review my invitation to this 260 Lunar cycles and see what I have transmuted and other parts to yet to be completes in my transmutation of my inner sprouting to full emerge at the end of the 260 Lunar cycle.
What begins in Nawal Batz’ with the primary Tz’utujiil Maya forces of Living Light that I am engaged with is the Living Light of the Wisdoms within the Rilaj Maam and Maria Kastilyaan. This physical grid of Living Light that is formed through the Living Light of the Wisdoms carried within the body of the Rilaj Maam, not only creates the foundation for the forming and shaping the grid of the Living Light of the Heart of Earth. But also the Living Light of the grid creates the healthy boundaries within my body for my inner Living Light can be expressed through my Microbiome, my cells, and my watery gel structures within me. Opening me to my Living Light of the unknown possibilities emerging from the Heart of Sky carried within the body of Maria Kastilyaan. This Living Light of all the 20 Nawals is formed and shaped by the Wisdoms of the Living Light of unknown possibilities and Maria Kastilyaan. Where Rei Pascal in its inner communications among all my subtle forces will place me on my mat so I may have the opportunity to live my unknown possibilities within this cycle of my life.

My Purpose is to Live Life as the Generator of Living Light of Sunshine:
Our primary focus as a human being is energy production. Since my first writings and teaching I was exploring since 1980, around the various ways to assist myself and others that we were a Living Light of “Human Energy System.”
Throughout each encounter I am engaged in, I reflect upon did I leave this person or did I leave this event with the knowing that I added more “Light-Sunshine” through my interaction that I was engaged in. Regardless of the challenges and the regardless of the sufferings that might have occurred within me or around me, “Did my words and actions reflect in the ways I desire to me Living my Life by adding more Light-Sunshine to this person or event?” “Did my words and actions reduced the Light-Sunshine within that person and event I encountered today in my life?”
Out First Nations elders lived their life being weaved together within the “Living Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity” with the Living Light-Sunshine of the Heart Behind Everything. They experienced how this Living Light supported them and supported each event in life. They knew there always was a Natural state of Flow in Living Life as a two legged upright being that was human.
They did not try to find the Light of Interconnectivity and Flow. They explored their living relationship within a living co-partnership within the Light of Interconnectivity and Flow that was always present. This supported them in Living Life knowing how Nature’s inner and outer Light provided for them.
Over time, especially since the Conquest, most Indigenous cultures in order to survive their captors, began to experience a separation and a disconnection from their “Light of the Heart” flowing as a natural sate of interconnectivity between the Living Light of the Heart Behind Everything.
When Zach talks about the restoring the Remembering-Regenerative Living Light pattern. This is what I experience on the Road of Renewal in allowing myself to Remembering – the Regenerative Living Light patterns being weaved within the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities being weaved together in the Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity Behind the Living Light of the Heart Behind Everything and the Living Light of the Heart Behind Anything. The restoring of the Remembering of this Regenerative Living Light both within me and between us and between me and us and all of Nature effects the quality of Light-Sunshine that is available to me, that is available to us in Living Life.
Remembering is a personal inner creative art form we are exploring. The Art of Remembering each day, and throughout the day and throughout the night, adds to or decreasing the vibrational quality of Living Light held within the inner water within our body. The quality of Living Light effects the direction of our cellular growth. The quality of Living Light effects the forming of our co-partnership relationships within our cells. We have choice in how we live in a creative relationship to the cells and the inner quality of water. Are we adding to or limiting and separating ourself from our Inner Light? Are we allowing our self to open to or limiting or blocking our living relationship with the Living Light of the Unseen Possibilities that deserves to be weaved within our physical body?
Research today reflects the effects our feelings, thoughts, and judgements are always effecting the quality of the water stored within our body which changes the vibrational quality of Light held within this inner water flowing through our body. This effects the direction of cellular growth either creating separation and blocking the Living Light for the Unseen Possibilities from being weaved within our physical body. Or are we adding a vibrational quality of Light that will be weaved within our physical body?
The human cell when allowed to hold the proper vibrational quality of light creates a resonates like a tuning fork allowing more Light from the subtle forms and the patterns within us and the earth that holds the Light that is available for the cell to naturally repair and the Regeneration of the cells within that are needed for the healing potential that is made available to us. This is called Remembering.
Our primary focus as a human being is energy production. Chronic disease emerges at the point of this failed energy production. Chronic disease is never attacking us. Disease never attacks a healthy human cell that is holding the proper intensity of inner light. When there is a reduction and lowering of the Light, this reduces our magnetic fields resonating state of Energy. We are then vulnerable to various forms of diseases. Our natural ability for repair and healing is always occurring, but only from when we are allowing an increase of the Living Light of resonance to flow within us.
Every cell holds a “Creative Force of Light” being the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities that is held within every cell. This Creative Force of Light is what engages the cells “Drive For Life through the Flow of Light for the Interconnectivity.” At lower vibrational states of inner Light-Sunshine, this “Creative Drive Force of Light” in every cell creates a lesser quality of vibrational Light. At a higher state of Vibrational Light creates a greater state of our inner Light-Sunshine. So that this same “Creative Drive Force of Light” creates higher vibrational light.
The Art of Remembering is when each cells “remembers” its natural co-partnership relationship within the Living Light of the Interconnectivity of the Flow of the Heart Behind Everything that is possible. The Art of Remembering create within the cells “Creative Drive Force of Light” an increased quality of Vibrational Light-Sunshine. This naturally motivates and replicates this pattern of Remembering and creating a natural relationship with the Light of the Unknown Possibilities that is always available for each cells unknown potential for growth.

Weave me with the Living Light of Nawal Juan Na’ooj and the Living Light of Nawal Diego Na’ooj to communicate with Rei Pascal. Together your bring the various forms of the Living Light of the Wisdoms with the Unknown Possibilities into my subtle energies that I am needing for today.
Weave me with the Living Light of Nawal Diego Kanon, and the Living Light of Nawal Juan Kanon bring together this new Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities into my subtle energies felt sense awareness.
Weave me with the Living Light of Nawal Diego Puqlaaj, and the Living Light of Nawal Juan Puqlaaj to assist me in the Road of the Transmutation. So whatever it is that is keeping me separated and focused upon allowing my subconscious mind emotional reactivity to be my only experience of reality right now. I ask you to dismantle, to unravel, to untangle, and to sweep away whatever stands in the way for this Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities of the Wisdoms to emerge.
Weave me with the Great Weaver Yaxper, and your assistances with the various forms of the Marias, weave together the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities with the Living Light of the Wisdoms that I am needing today, weave this together within the unique core of the Light of my First Fire.”
Through this emergence of these various threads of the Living Light from these specific Nawals and Marias, creates my new Living Light within me of my Flow of Light of Interconnectivity that can walk me through any and all difficulties that cross my path.
These emerging threads of the Living Lights of the Nawals and the Marias, becomes the foundation for all forms of my human thinking.
When my body moves, these threads of the Living Light of the Nawals and the Marias, is the first energy that is always present to move and express my body.
These threads of Living Light, is what allows the energy that is always available to me to be expressed behind all forms of knowledge. To be expressed behind all form of creativity. To be expressed behind all forms of decision-making. To be expressed behind all forms of advice i give to myself or others. These threads of Living Light is at the Heart that all people seek in any and all encounters.
These threads of Living Light is what is behind the interconnectivity of the Flow of Living Light in my Wholeness. My brain is naturally wired to produce and support this living relationship with these various threads of the Nawals and the Marias and this continually being renewed and weaved within the unique Living Light of my First Fire. Without this renewal and re-weaving, I am incapable of allowing the Living Wisdoms to support me over my subconscious mind historical experiences of emotional reactivity and challenges to brings forth as my only reality at this moment in time.
At sunrise today, “Assist me the Living Lights of the various living forms of Nawal Na’ooj, to embrace and grow the Living Light within every part of who I Am in my Wholeness. Assist me to experience the Living Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity flowing through the inner fluidity as I am Re-Centered and Weaved today into a flowing matrix of Interconnectivity of Living Light. I have been re-centered and weaved today within my subtle and physical body’s within the Living Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity of Light forming the pathways between all the organic and inorganic and mineral form. I have been re-centered and weaved today between all plants, between all animals, between all humans, and between all electrical pulses and between everything and anything that exists in both physical and non-physical forms. I am living and being held within the dream that is available for me to emerge from the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities from the subtle realms of the primordial waters.
As I walk into Living Life today at sunrise, I ask these various forms of Living Light that have been weaved within me, to weave this with the various qualities of Living Lights forming my relationships of my Living of Life as a True Gaian Human Being.
The resonance of this Light of the Living Subtle Forces, and the resonance of the Living Light of the Wisdoms, along with the various others forces of the resonance of the Living Light within the Subtle Realms are now fully available and waiting to explore within me, within us. This Living Light is now simultaneously always available for me, and is simultaneously always available us, in all of the various ways I, we, are engaged in Living Life.
Focus of my Invitation to the Living Light Energies:
The focus of an Intention with the underlying felt sense of Love is to allow the Subtle Forces and Subtle Beings to weave us into our unique Wholeness for today. Each day I petition these Tz’utujiil Maya Subtle Forces to rebuild and to reweave me with both the Living Light of the Heart of the Wisdoms and with the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities. I light a real or an imaginary candle and I petition Rei Pascal to place me on my mat for today. I petition that these twenty-four Subtle Beings from Paq’alib’al to weave me today into my new Wholeness into the Living Light of the Flow of Interconnectivity.
I ask these Tz’utujiil Maya Subtle Forces to rebuild, reweave me within a living co-partnership relationship so that my intention within this 260 Day Lunar cycle will Emerge:
“My physical body may be fully restored at the age of 74 into my unique Living Light of Unknown Possibilities. Not to look or physically do what I did in my 30’s. But to explore at this age of 74 in how I look and the actions I am physically able to explore within me as being a Living Generator of Light-Sunshine emerging through my full Unknown Possibilities within this Cycle of the Lunar Calendar. I will be responsible in developing a deeper relationship with each one of these Tz’utujiil Maya Subtle Forces.”

Section Four reflects the Unique Living Light behind the 260 Day Lunar Cycle of the Twenty Day Living Light of the Nawals. Each one of these twenty Nawals reflect a unique energy of Light that weaves me into my personal Journey of Renewal. This same cycle of twenty Nawals is repeated thirteen times in allowing me to explore the deeper inner working around my Personal Renewal. Through each twenty day cycle repeating through the thirteen cycles allows me each day and through each cycle to lay down my unique bundle at sunset in the ways I explore Living my Life today. So I may pick-up my Renewed Bundle refreshed each day within my new ways to explore Living my Life through my co-partnership relationships between the subtle and physical worlds.
This section always begins with one of Ilene Satala painting and reflections around what the Tz’utujiil Maya Indigenous Ways called “Good Medicine - Kox aq’oom.” The Road of Renewal, either Personal or Collective, is all about “Good Medicine - Kox aq’oom.” Good Medicine is the journey or road we participate within our Body, and our Mind, and our Spirit. We are also fully weaved within the subtle forces of Living Light within our own unique inner subtle energy body. Through our subtle energy body of Living Light is fully weaved within the subtle and physical world of the objects and buildings around us along with the subtitle and physical environment that surrounds us. This weaving together of the subtle force of Living Light allow me to explore the Road of Renewal. Where my ability is be weaved within the “Heart of – Ruk’ux” to the “Heart of – Ruk’ux” within the Dream of Gaia. The Emergence of this weaving within the “Heart of – Ruk’ux” of the struggles, the challenges, the suffering, the separation we experience in life. This Weaving emerges within me into the “Heart Behind Everything” and the “Heart Behind Anything.” Allowing me my foundational support to Live my Life as a “Generator of Living Light.” This Living Light is the foundation of Light behind all forms of transformation and healing. This section gives me the Awareness of the various ways this Wisdom of Living Light is available to be weaved within me through my “Heart of – Ruk’ux” ways I may engage within my ways of being the Living Light within all of Life.
Heart of the Earth (Madonna Of The Rose by Ilene Satala)
There is a European tradition of painting the Virgin Mary as a rose. The Rose is considered her symbol of depicting beauty and purity of heart. This is my interpretation of the Rose Madonna. She holds her son in a graceful lift of her left arm, with her other hand holding a green wreath of leaves. The leaves represent victory over fear.
In the other hand she holds a pomegranate, a fruit that is often associated with the Madonna. The fruit is filled with seeds. They represent the seeds of possibilities and the growing of dreams.
The rose is red for vitality and shaded with pink for love and compassion. She wears a crown of leaves, because she is Mother of the Earth and is its protector.
Her image is depicted as being in full bloom. Showing us that her spirit lives through the ages as a timeless reminder of the link to the power of love ever fresh ever growing.
Her gifts to us include her son, as the “light of the world”. To remind us we are full of the seeds of possibilities. She guides us calmly through our troubles in the world and shows us our way into the realm of Wisdom. A living embodiment of wisdom lives in her and is gifted to us. She is the eternal rose of hope, love and grace.
Practical Wisdom of Nawal Aaj
Today I give you the opportunity to develop a relationship with the Living Nawal Presence of Light, Nawal Aaj. This Being of Light-Nawal Aaj, is like an angelic being. Nawal Aaj also add the Light of Joy through the Heart of Earth that weaves together the new primary foundational energy of the Light of Wisdom. What you hold as your Presence of Light Nawal Aaj, allows the Light of Wisdom to flow through all the threads establishing the form and shape behind all things that exist in the physical world.
This Light Energy of the Heart of Earth emerges from these various sources. The Light from the Soil, the Light from the Water, the Light from the Stone, the Light from the Wind, and the Light from the Air, the Light from the Plants, The Light from the Animals, and the Light from Human Beings. The light of the Heart of Earth allows the foundation of an inner calmness to be experienced within our body and eventually an inner calmness within our Mind.
These various forms of Light that emerge from the Heart of Earth is also held together with the Presence of the Light of Joy. This Living Presence of Light gives the form and shape for anything and everything to manifest. Regardless of the challenges, regardless of the suffering, regardless of the illness or separation we experience, the Light of Joy is always present to allow the unknown form and shapes of the possibilities to be present. This becomes the inner felt sense of the inner calmness we can experience regardless of the chaos that is also present.
The Primary Foundational Regenerative energy for Healing, Transmutation, and the emergence of Transformation is weaved together through these primary three Light Sources.
First, the “Regenerative Light from our Personal Light of First Fire” that is connected during pre-natal development and emerges at Birth as our unique Light of First Fire.
The second Regenerative Light from the Heart of Sky through each of the various sources that is connected during pre-natal development and emerges at Birth as our unique Light of First Fire. This includes the “Regenerative Light from our Soul.”
The third Regenerative Light from the Heart of Earth through each of the various sources that is connected during pre-natal development and emerges at Birth as our unique Light of First Fire. This incudes the “Regenerative Light of our Subtle Energy-Light Body.”
So during the first three days of the Daily Nawal Cycles, all three of these streams of primary Sources of Light are available to be Renewed-Refreshed within us each 20 day cycle. Starting with the emerging Light of the World Soul-Gaia-Nawal Skirmeent.
So on the fourth day of the Daily Nawal Cycle, Nawal Ix, we are re-centered into the emergency of ur renewal. Yaxper the great Weaver, will weave these three streams of Light together both within our subtle energy body along with the outer physical world allowing the unique Light of our personal First Fire to emerge and be Renewed or re-centered.
Through Nawal Aaj, the Interconnectivity of the Light of Wisdom is weaved through the Light of Nawal Aaj, that weaves together the dreaming and the growing of Interconnectivity between all forms of life.
This holds the presence, the light, the fire, the heat for all of the forces for renewal and rejuvenation to be weaved together into a flow of wholeness. Nawal Aaj is the spine of the living Universe as it emerges as the path of the unbroken chain of the cords that connect. This spine of the universe is dreamed into a form as a flowing matrix of Light through Nawal Aaj. Our spinal column is also dreamed into a flowing matrix of Interconnectivity of Light into the various systems and organs within our body. This emerging spine also becomes the cords of Interconnectivity of Light forming the pathways between all the organic and inorganic and mineral forms, between all plants, between all animals, between all humans, and between all electrical pulses and between everything and anything that exists in both physical and non-physical forms. This spine is dreamed and emerges from the subtle realms of the primordial waters of all emergence.
Nawal Aaj carries the Wisdom of the Green Road, which dreams the interconnectivity from the Heart of the Earth/Gaia into and through all things that exist within the physical world. Wisdom flows for the unknown possibility of success to emerge through all the organic and mineral forms, along with all plants, all animals, all humans, and between all electrical pulses. This emerges as the unbroken chain to the pattern that connects. This is the same Wisdom that flows through our spinal column. This Light of the Heart of the Earth-Gaia, is weaved into the support and connects our skeletal system into the flow of the Light of Wisdom. This also weaves together the flow through all of our body systems, organs, Microbiome. Besides weaving the myofoascial to the bones and its supportive capabilities to the muscles, tendons, ligament, joints and everything that supports the natural rhythms weaves together our body into wholeness. This reflects the Light of the Wisdom of what is the unknown possibilities to emerge for healing and regeneration.
We continue to have the opportunity to develop a co-partnership relationship between the Formative Forces of the Light of Love and Joy. Or we can co-partner with Fear, Anger, Disgust, Blame, Shame, Guilt, Hopelessness, etc. Through this flow of interconnectivity of Light, will dissolve and unravel any and all of the chaotic and challenging energies behind my words, behind my thoughts, and behind my feelings which we maybe speaking to myself, or that I experience spoken outside of me. This green road of Illuminating light is weaved through the Formative Forces of Love and Joy creates the threads of healing of broken and negative energies behind my words or my feelings creating a story of separation and limitedness.

First Dreaming Energues of Light is Nawal Batz’ the Regenerative Energies (the red road) of ones unique source that flows through the Threads Creating the Heart Behind Everything. The seeds of Nawal Batz’ (the Light of the wisdom of the unknown possibilities weaved within the flow of Light of Love)
This same interconnectivity that flows and supports all of nature, supports the various organs and systems within the body. Nawal Batz', bring the form and shape to the flow of the deep body and soul and give form and shape to guide my mind, my emotions, my attitudes, my beliefs and my actions to take on the form and shapes of the new wisdom energy of the possible.
Each species carries this same wisdom energy from the one source, but through it own unique essence and unique form of life. This supports the interconnectivity of the heart behind everything, behind each form. The heart behind all everything then forms the interconnectivity of the outer physical world. This essence of wisdom is the presence of wisdom that flows through our veins, the cloth, or the fabric within everything that is in physical form.
You, Nawal Batz’ as the carrier of the first threads of the wisdom energy, awaken the uniqueness within each physical person, each object, or each event. Assist me to use that wisdom to open to possibilities behind all things to work together as you weave me into the interconnectivity of the heart behind all things.
This Light of First Fire emerges from the Living Presence of Light from both Gaia-Nawal Skirmeent for the Universal Foundation for the flow of interconnectivity and flows through Blood, that flows through the Roots, that flows through the Veins of plants and organic materials, that’s flows through the threads and fibers of everything that is physically created, that flows through the threads of our words, feelings, and stories we communicate in written, verbal, and the imagers we create.
Second Dreaming Energies of Light is Nawal Beey the Heart of Heaven (the white Road) where the Seeds of Nawal Batz’ (Light of the unknown possibilities is weaved with the Light of Love). This seed is awakened with the Light of Joy that emerges from the Heart of Sky. Allowing the form and shape to emerge behind everything and anything that will be manifested as the light of the unknown possibilities. You Nawal Beey carry the seeds for the white road.
Third Dreaming Energies of Light is Nawal Aaj the Heart of Earth (the green road) where the Seeds of Nawal Batz’ (Light of the unknown possibilities is weaved with the Light of Love). This seed is awakened with the Light of Joy through Nawal Beey, that emerges from the Heart of Heaven and the Heart of Earth. So on today the third day of Dreaming, the Light of Love and Joy brings form and shape through the Light of Nawal Aaj, with the Light of the Heart Behind Everything is being weaved together for the heart of Earth to be formed. Nawal Aaj, you who carry the sends for the Green Road to emerge. Allowing the form and shape to emerge behind everything and anything that will be supported in allowing the emergence of the unknown possibilities to always be present.
