I invite to give and receive the Living Light and Love within Presence of Gratitude for the ability to live from the presence of Wisdom through the Fire of my inner light, the light of the sun, and the light from the heart behind all things into the flow of Wisdom Energy. Today I want to explore a short video by Zach Bush “The Mirror” 1:58.
In this short experience Zach covers a core concept of what I have called First Fire – our core Self-Light. This takes you on a visual and audio journey of shifting the way you “see” versus “perceive” yourself.
When we all look into a mirror or a photograph or a painting of ourself, we see a mirror image of ourself. In this short experience Zach takes us into an inner journey of awareness in order to “perceive” or what he calls “witness” our true inner self. I have explored many ways over the last forty plus years of allowing myself to perceive who I am, going beyond the my limitation of seeing myself onto as a five sensory “mirror” image.
Before you read on, please take two minutes and listen to this video. It was initially created and produced as a visual music experience. Zach added a voice dialogue on top of this and the weaving together of voice, music, and visual is not smoothly integrated. Listening with headphones, and turning the over-all volume down helps. I copied the transcripts of Zach voice over that you can read the words first to get a flavor of “The Mirror” experience.

Foundational Dialogue Around Light
Everything in the Universe is created through Light.
Just like in the Physical Realms, there are a varieties of experiences we see and encounter. In the Subtle Realms, there exists a larger varieties of experiences to see and encounter.
The commonality between the physical and subtle Realms is the variety of ways Light is “EXPRESSED.”
PLEASE Stay open to this awareness: everything in the Universe, down to the atom within physical matter, to the greatest of subtle beings, like an Archangel or an Over-Lighting Being of a country holds the “same light!”
This is why Zach talks about that we hold within us the same light as the Sun! David talks about that we hold the same light as a Star-we are a Starshaman.
The differences on earth or the differences in the subtle realms is that each grouping and each individual being or each force of Light generates in their own way a different degree or quality of their core light.
This is why Zach in other short videos and in his discussions everything is about the generating of core light from our cells into and through every organ and system within us to the food and fluids we consume, is all about quality of Light.
The full potential of Light is the same Behind Everything – Behind Anything – Behind Everyone! This is the “Heart Behind” that exists within Everything – Anything – Everyone! This is the Unknown Possibilities of the “Quality of Light” we allow to flow and express through us.
Illness, death, suffering, pain, imbalance, isolation, separation, is all about the quality of Light this is present and generated.
As is Renewal, Regeneration, Rejuvenation, Emergence, is all about the quality of Light that is available.
This is why I stoped using the word “energy” or “vibration” or “frequency.”
Instead I have this last year plus described the “Presence of Living Light.”
For example, the “Presence of Living Light of Love.” There excises an Over-Lighting essence that is a “Presence of Living Light of Love” the generates a large amount of Light that supports the Emergence of all forms of Life.
This “Presence of Living Light of Love” for the Tz’utujiil Maya is call “Maria Kastilyaan.”
We incarnate into this form of physical matter of Earth, to explore within this density of what it is to allow the unknown possibilities of “Living Light” to be explored within the physical matter of our Body. Within the physical matter of our Mind. Within the physical matter of our soul. Within the physical matter of all forms of Nature including Artifacts that are made and/or designed by humans.
So our ability to form co-partnership relationships becomes the weaving together within the subtle realms of Everything -Anything -EveryBeing within the Subtle Realms as is being weaved together within our subtle light nature of Humans and our part in all of Nature. This weaving together of this combined Living Light creates an Anwa.
This Anwa is what we generate within our cells, our biological systems and organs, within all forms of outer Nature as perceived within Earth and Sky.
As Human Beings emerge into physical matter of their body within the physical matter of the Earth, they generate usually 1% of their Living Light.
Subtle Beings generate at their base level 10% of their Living Light.
Different levels and positions of Subtle Beings generate more!
We are generators of Living Light as a Sun-Star system as part of the larger cosmos within all of Life Everywhere and within Everything.
We too contain our unique “Heart Behind” us!
We are a Gaian Being that is Human is based upon the quality of Living Light we generate!!!!!
So reflect on this throughout the upcoming week! As you open your Microbiome to be weaved with the Microbiome of the fifteen qualities of Nature we are exploring.
First look into the Mirror and see your five sensory self.
Invite your Body Elemental to connect to the Microbiome within the Heart Behind Soil.
Invite it to weave the Heart Behind Soil within your Microbiome within your entire body.
Invite it to weave this combined Heart Behind Soil of Nature – your Whole Body of Light, and weave this within your Visual System so you may look into the mirror and perceive your inner Self-Light of the unique unknown possibilities of who you truly are. Open to what you begin to perceive as the core of your inner felt sense of YOU!
Then add one more ingredient this week of asking your Body elementals to weave together with is foundation of Soil and emerge into a new foundation within you with the Heart Behind the Living Light of Water and weaves this within your ways to perceive YOU!

Two months ago, I brought forward this foundation of inviting the Living Presence of Light of the “Heart Behind” Anything – Everything – Anyone. Last week I brought forward my invitation of Gratitude around food. Followed by a short discussion in other events and situations where I consciously invite the Living Presence of Light of the “Heart Behind” to be weaved together. Allowing a co-partnership relationship to be brought forward in living life. Regardless of the chaos, the stress, the challenges, or the suffering that is being perceived at the moment in time.
This week, again, I want you to explore for yourself the creating of Wholeness behind food. As you have experienced in the video selections of the last few weeks around Avatar and Forest Bathing, the gift of being alive at this time in history, we are capable of living life from our wholeness as a Living Presence of Light weaved together within the Living Presence of Light of the Heart Behind everything physical and subtle. As we experience this weaved Living Presence of Light is what will allow us to Emerge and Live as a Gaian Being that is Human. As we invite and bless and honor the Gaian Nature that lives within Everything – Anything – Everyone! Together this awakens the Seeds within Us, within Anything, within Everything, within Anyone and allows Nature’s Inner Intelligence to weave us into thew Flow of Interconnectivity and the Wholeness of the World Waiting to Emerge.
Begin to consciously form groups of Presences of Living Light of Interconnectivity and Flow based upon subtle and soul resonances between individuals composed of human and non-human members.
Begin to foster the wholeness of the World as a primary organizing principle with equal co-partnership relationships between human and non-human interests and wellbeing.
Allow this emergence of "fluid felt sense of imagination" to form and shape and emerge into the Interconnectivity and flow within an open energy exchange of consciousness and energy.
Live the felt sense of this co-partnership with the subtle worlds including intelligences from elsewhere supporting you, supporting all of life both within the universe weaves as part of every day life.
Allowing yourself to be at the center as your unique Living Tree within the flow of the Heart of Earth and weaved within the Heart of Sky. Where you both are receiving this Presence of Living Light within the heart and core of who you are. And where you are giving back to the Universe the generator of this Presence of Living Light. Look at this material again from this foundational awareness.
