I invite to give and receive the Living Light and Love within Presence of Gratitude for the ability to live from the presence of Wisdom, so that its natural flow will emerge for renewal, regeneration, and rejuvenation for the Emergence of the Living Light within the Wisdom of Possibilities. “We often try too hard to be spiritual, to discover, draw upon, and express our own inner nature. We can forget that we have help around us if we will access it. As part of our incarnational practice, we need to relax and allow the Light to bear us up and unfold the qualities we seek.”
Conrad:
The difference between our Mirror Self and our Witness Self. In our Mirror awareness the I of the personality perceives it has to be the active agent in charge of doing, creating, growing, and emerging.
In our Witness Self the I of the personality, yes remember that we are still the “I of the personality,” holds the knowingness or holds the awareness of our Wisdom, that we are always engaged in co-parternship relationships between the seen and unseen forces and beings. Instead of the I of doing, we are the I of unfolding and emerging.
David:
“In this, it is as if we are a seed embedded in the Life and Light of Gaia. The seed's job is to know what it is. The soil's job is to hold the seed and nurture it, bringing it what it needs to enable its identity to unfold and flourish. In this relationship, the seed doesn't struggle to bring forth its nature. It opens to the soil to empower it to do what it needs to be to unfold itself.
As a seed, our primary job is to know who we are–the kind of seed we are–and to be in touch with our individuality, our Sovereignty.
The soil's job–Gaia’s job–is to be a source of energy, empowering and aiding the unfoldment of our sacred nature.”
Conrad:
Everything, and Anything, and Everyone we come into contact with the I of our personality has the full support of Gaia to awaken, sprout, unfold, and emerge in our unknown possibilities. Opening to living within our Witness Self, or what David calls our Sovereignty, is our primary purpose in being alive. This is our natural space held within our Gaian Inner Nature. In this space, our felt-sense of our inner knowing is available and present.
Through this, we experience our unique felt sense of Gaia’s Living Light of Love and Joy is co-partnering with us. Through this inner space, the I of our witness personality can absorb the quality of Gaia’s Living Light.
This is where the seed of our unknown possibilities (the Light of our Heart Behind) is awakened within the physical matter of our subtle and physical energy body’s. Initially opening ourself into this form of our inner beingness. This is our foundational job.
We explore our foundational job within the context of Everything, and within the context of Anything we are engaged within both outside and inside of our awareness. Our primary foundational job of our personality is to be held within this inner space of our beingness with every person and with every form of nature we come into contact with.
We are wired to live our life while being held within this co-parternship relationship with Gaia, our Soul, and within Everything, and Anything, and with Everyone that emerges into our inner and/or outer awareness. This foundational wiring is weaved within the mystery within the subtle energy development forming our embryo. This then allowing the forming and shaping pf the cells, organs and systems into what will emerge as the physical matter of whop we are through our birth as an awakened body of matter into the awakened matter of outer life.
David discusses that in the development of our embryo, our soul weaves connections to the earth light energy of Gaia and other forces. In my Tz’utujiil culture, the first 3 months of development of the embryo, the wholeness helps within the subtle energy of both parents are weaved into the embryo. This occurs regardless of the outer involvement of the father.
The second cycle of embryonic development, the soul weaves the subtle energetic of the wholeness of ones potential immediate and extended physical family. Including the immediate and extended places of where the newborn will begin its growth and livingness within the earth. This also includes the subtle energy body’s of the Wholeness that is available within the physical essence of Light Behind the Earth Heart and Behind the Sky Heart.
The third cycle prepares the body of the mother and the physical place where the child will be born.
After brith, the fourth ritual weaves the subtle light energy held within these first three cycles of Rituals of Interconnectivity and Flow of Living Light into the newborns living nature.
As we enter life through our First Fire-Light that Presence that was weaved into our subtle and physical body’s is brought into the wholeness of our livingness. So the fullness of the Earth Gaia Light is weaved within my subtle and physical body’s so as my personality, the I can explore the Art of Remembering and invite into my felt sense awareness my abilities to be a co-partner with Gaia and my soul in emerging into the Who I Am as a personality weaved within the heart of Gaia and my Soul living life in my awakened physical body.
So to live naturally within my Sovereignty, within my Witness Personal Self as my personality, opening to the “Art of Remembering is foundational. I am always held within the Knowingness that my personality-my personal self is formed and shaped through the Presence of the Light of Joy and the Presence of the Light of Love and the Presence of the Light of Gaia and the Presence of my Soul. This knowingness assist me to live within the Wisdom that the personality of I holds the unknown possibilities to always being weaved within my subtle energies and weaved within the support of my subtle energy body flowing into and awakening the Light within the cells of my body. That in my body I hold the ability to be a generator of healing light and the living light of health and wholeness of my unknown possibilities through Love. This is what naturally is always available to me when i can live as this generator of Living Light into Everything, into Anything, and with Everyone is my life. I, as all of Gaia’s Beings are a Miracle of unknown possibilities.
So when David focus is about holopoiesis, the innate ability to generate self within the whole, David focus is about the “making” part of self weaved into the whole. Autopoiesis and holopoiesis are natural processes that require no conscious intervention. However, where we are concerned, they are processes in which we can consciously participate and with which we can partner.
Autopoiesis and holopoiesis are active principles. They affirm that we can ourselves be active agents in determining the kind of person we are and the kind of world we inhabit and share.
I find this an empowering idea. It means we have the capacity to determine the kind of person we wish to be in the world. We are not merely victims nor clay to be shaped by others. We can “make” ourselves. We can be self-generating.
Likewise, we can co-create connectedness, collaboration, and partnership—i.e. wholeness—with the world around us. We can act to enhance and increase the health and wholeness of the world.
In short, we are Co-Makers. Whether the selves and the world we make are positive and creative–or toxic and destructive–is up to us. The future lies in our poietic lap.
We are always self generating:
The Mirror Self usually is self generating limitations, separation, duality, isolation, duality, and hopelessness.
The Witness Self is self generating our wholeness-the weaving together at this moment of time our Interconnectivity and Flow - our ability to create and collaborate within a living co-partnership relationship within everything within our body to everything, anything, and everyone in our seen physical world through our inner weaved relationships within all subtle body’s behind all forces and beings.
David also focuses upon Sovereignty. “Out of its sacred Identity, its Light and living energy, the Soul projects a current of intentionality and love into the subtle field of the Earth. Engaging the subtle energies of the Earth, this current of energy, which I have named Sovereignty, galvanizes and attracts to itself what it needs from the subtle substance of the world in order build a subtle body that allows it to participate in the Incarnate Realms. It blends these subtle energies of Earth Light together with its own Soul Light to form an alchemical union.”

So this week I would like you to explore David’s ritual in our developing and emerging relationship between our self as a Seed-Light and the Soil-Light of Gaia.
David:
“Begin by standing in your Sovereignty. Take a moment to honor yourself, your incarnate identity and the sacredness that is its foundation.”
“All around you is a Light that fosters and nurtures Life in all its forms, identities, and potentialities. This Light originates with the Sacred and is mediated into the world through the mind and heart, the will and love of Gaia, the Planetary Soul. In your mind's eye, see yourself embedded in this Light like a seed in the soil.”
“This Light has a specific purpose: to touch the Identity within you–within all things, all life–and to empower and nourish it to unfold like a seed, awakening and fostering your potentials, supporting and enabling you to become the fullness and wholeness of your being.”
“Now visualize your subtle body as a sphere around you, like the casing of a seed. Feel your subtle body, this sphere of energy, drawing in this Light, holding it, blending it with your Self-Light, then releasing it back out into the world as a blessing from your own identity nourishing the unfoldment of life in the world around you.”
“You are performing an act of respiration, taking in, holding, and releasing Light, taking in, holding, and releasing Light. If you wish, you can correlate this rhythm with your own physical breathing.”
“As you relax into this rhythm, allow this nurturing, Gaian, sacred Light to support you, vitalize you, draw your sacredness into greater radiance and life within you. Feel yourself as a seed nourished by this "soil." Feel your own potentials of Light unfolding within you and throughout your life. Feel yourself sprouting into the world as a presence of Light, Love, Joy, Life.”
“You don't have to work at this. Your job is to hold your Sovereignty, your awareness of yourself as a being of Light, a unique identity here to bless the world. In this exercise, it is the soil's job to enable you to sprout. Your job is to relax and be who you are in this moment, held and nourished by the soil of Light.”
“When you feel complete with this process, let go of the image of your subtle body and refocus your attention back into your body. Bless your body, bless the physical world around you, stand in your Sovereignty. Then go about your normal day.”
David First Way in Exploring Self-Light:
“The simplest way to engage and enhance your Self-Light is to honor and love who you are. To truly love yourself is not narcissistic; it’s not a matter of becoming consumed with self-adulation to the exclusion of others. It’s recognizing your sacredness, your unique identity, your irreplaceable value. No one else can bring to the world what you are bringing. There are so many voices in our world that want to tell us what’s wrong with us, how we’re failing, how little difference we can make, what a mess we are. It’s no wonder we begin to internalize these messages, energizing a self-critical, self-demeaning voice of judgment within ourselves. But this inner critic is not part of our Identity. It is simply a mental activity within our psyche, one of many but one that can create turbulence within our subtle body. It’s not a matter of denying our faults. We can certainly be discerning and aware of how we can improve in our lives, but we can be so out of a spirit of honor and love. Loving yourself is one way to enhance your Self-Light.”
Conrad:
Loving my body as a Miracle, a container of Health and Wholeness within my knowingness that it is a generator of Loving Light within it current condition of suffering and challenges.
In order to experience my loving and nurturing Self-Light, I invite the Light of my Soul-its light of Renewal to be weaved within the Light of Gaia-the Heart Behind the Earth and the Heart Behind the Sky. Through this weaving, this emerging Self-Light is now at my core and my focus of who I am as a personality. For this Emerging Self-Light is my personal identity.
Through my Self-Light I touch the area of pain in my body.
I honor this pain and all areas mentally, emotionally, and physically that are weaved to this pain.
In this same touch I honor that beneath this surface of pain, is also my Emerging Self-Light.
I invite my Emerging Self-Light to radiate it Presence through this awake matter area of my body.
I invite my Emerging Self-Light to radiate it’s Presence through my Wholeness all around me into all forms of awake matter.

I want to continue this week on David’s perspectives on Self-Light and it’s relationship of shifting from our Mirror Self to our Witness Self. Let’s start with how both our Mirror and our Witness Self’s are all part of our same personality. We are not trying to get rid of our personality because it is flawed or less then. Both forms of our Self’s create a Living Light of Beauty. Yes both create a Living Light of Beauty! Reflect on this for a moment.
That why for the last thirty plus years I have focused upon exploring how allowing the Light of Love is there to soften the heart behind our challenges and our sufferings and pains that emerge within life. Inviting this Presence of the Living Light of Love to soften the Heart Behind our challenges. To soften the Heart Behind our suffering. To soften the Heart Behind our painful Self’s – weaved within our Mirror Self. This allows this same personality that is generating a certain quality of Light to suddenly be the same person. Now, through this emergence of Living Light within the “Soil of Gaia” I emerge in my weaved forms as my Witness Self. Now generating a different quality of Light.
I’m still the same Conrad that was lost into my pain and suffering. But through then intensity of the “Presence of the Living Light of Love,” allows me first to experience my Interconnectivity between my inner and outer subtle forms of Light. As I emerge into my wholeness for the unknown possibilities at this moment in time – who I was is still present. Yet my focus is not upon my current limitations. Instead my identity is focused upon my emerging Self-Light. With that, I perceive and experience my pain and my suffering differently. Therefore I experience Conrad differently. This can only occur through the deepening of the weaving of Conrad into the Living Light held with the Wisdom of Gaia. Shifting Conrad from my focus upon Conrad’s human nature into Conrad’s Gaian Nature - still maintain the qualities of Conrad’s personal human self.
Entering into my personal mystery of my “Seed of Light,” my Heart Behind. Now Conrad is weaved within the Flow of Interconnectivity of the Seed of Heart Behind Everything. Weaved within the Flow of Interconnectivity of the “Seed of Heart Behind Anything. Weaved within the Flow of Interconnectivity of the “Seed of Heart Behind Everyone. Allowing the Living Light held within the soil of light of Gaia. Placing Conrad onto the Road of Transformation allows the Living Light within the “Soil of Gaia” to nourish my Seed of Light – the seed of my heart behind the unknown possibilities of Conrad. The “Soil of Gaia” is what allows Conrad the ease in his ability to both experience the shifting into his Witness Self. But more importantly, the “Soil of Gaia” supports Conrad in being weaved within Gaia, allowing him the freedom of living naturally within his Witness Self.
David writes:
¨Let’s look at this process more closely, as there is more going on than simply the creation of an embryonic subtle body. A new form of soul comes into being also, one belonging not exclusively to the spiritual realms but now part of the Earth as well. I call this the Emergent Soul, as it is an expression of our “Soul-ness” that develops and emerges throughout our incarnation. It is the unique soul energy of this particular incarnation.
This alchemical mix of soul energies and earth energies creates a unique blend of Soul Light and Earth Light. Metaphorically, it’s like a glow stick. When you bend and shake a glow stick, you enable the chemicals within it to mix and react, creating light, the glow of chemical luminescence. In the interaction of soul “chemistry” and earth “chemistry,” an analogous reaction occurs, creating the radiance of individualized, incarnate Light. I call this Self-Light. And just as the chemical light of the glow stick is contained within a translucent plastic tube, so our Self-Light is held within the Emergent Soul, the sacred presence in each of us. This Self-Light, like the light of a new-born star, then radiates out into the Incarnate Subtle Realms.”
Conrad:
That what I described above the shifting from Mirror to Witness Self’s, with the emergence of our Emergent Soul awakening our weaved unknown possibilities of our Seed of Light. Now Conrad’s personality is still holding all of the same qualities as he had in his Mirror Self only moments ago. The difference now is Conrad’s inner and outer expression of those qualities are now being expressed through the unique Living Light of Conrad through his words, actions, and creativity. Conrad is now a generator of his unique quality of light – which changes drastically Conrad’s personal radiance as the Living Light of his unique form of Beauty.
This generation of Beauty both inwardly effecting the quality of Living Light within Conrad’s Mitochondria, therefore firing off the new unknown qualities of light within the cells of Conrad body effecting the quality of his personal Health. This cycle cannot be fully actualized for Conrad unless he is living as this generator of Living Light.
Conrad is exploring and learning to live as a Gaian Being that is Human as a generator of his unique quality of Living Light, not just through Conrad’s time in mediation or conscious intentions, or through his inner moments within his reflective time. Conrad’s strongest ability of being a generator of Living Light while living within the outer world is through the actions I take in my thoughts, feelings, and emotions. In how I respond in the actions I take to everything, and to anything, and to everyone that comes into my awareness.
Critical Wisdom: The quality of Conrad’s health and well-being is not determined by Toxicity of others. It is not determined by the Toxicity of Conrad’s outer environment. It is not determined by the Toxicity of the actions of others in Conrad’s outer world. Conrad’s quality of Living Light is based upon his ability of becoming a even stronger generator of Living Light when the levels of inner and outer Toxicity is the greatest behind everything, and anything, and everyone. It is the ways Conrad chooses to respond in all forms of inner and outer actions that will support him in the qualities behind him in Living Life!!!!
Indigenous cultures always communicate this knowingness that all illness always emerges when I am not living my purpose in life. My Mirror Self perceives this as I need to change my relationships, my professions, or stay away from Toxic people and events around me. My Witness Self can only know this through the quality of the Living Light of my Interconnectivity and Flow within my Wholeness within the soil of Gaia. Therefore whatever changes I think I need to make in my relationships, my profession, or within the toxicity of people and events is really determined by my response of Living Light within any and all situations that life brings forward for me.
So as the toxicity of my current life keeps increasing, no outer changes I make, or convincing others to be responding to me differently will allow me to be weaved into the quality of Living Light that I need at this movement of time in my life. Illness, suffering, challenges, pain are not reflections that I am doing things WRONG! It only means that Conrad, to be living his life in this moment of time, Conrad needs an UPGRADE in the quality of his Living Light. This happens when Conrad is weaved into the quality of generating Light that is needed for me in my NOW moment. This can only occur within Conrad’s ability to be weaved fully within the soil of Gaia, regardless of Conrad’s perception of the toxicity of his life at this movement in time. As Conrad responds within his purpose of the quality of his ability to be a generator of his unique Self-Light.
David Writes:
The importance of this idea lies in countering a common assumption that all Light comes from a transcendental place outside of us and that the best we can do is to receive it and reflect it. The fact of our Self-Light means that we, also, are sources of Light. We are not simply like planets that only reflect the light of a distant star. We are like stars ourselves, radiant, generative sources of our own Light. Understanding and realizing this is an important and empowering shift of attitude, an integral part of Incarnational Spirituality. It allows us to be more effective in our engagements with subtle energies.
Self-Light is always present. It’s a condition of our incarnation much as heat in our body is a by-product of physical exercise.”
Next week I will complete our focus on Self-Light and enter into the discussion of our unique “Seed of Light” held within our “Heart Behind” of who we truly are. Exploring the awakening of our unique seed of light of our unknown possibilities within the seed of Light held within the soil of Gaia and Gaia’s unknown possibilities held within Earth.
Conrad:
This next week please continue to explore the various ways of what changes within you occur through the various way you respond to and interact within life. Explore the various shifts that occur within you as your depth and your breath of responding within the toxicity of life and the quality of changes occur (or not occur) as you are weaved within the soil of Gaia.
This last week I entered into a new phase of my living relationship within the over-lighting Presence of Cerro de Oro – the primary home of the Wisdom of the Tz’utujiil Maya people for thousands of years. Being weaved within and now exploring being held within this new pattern of Living Light of the Ancient ancestors. This is allowing me to integrate this material of Self-Light in a way that was not available to me the day before.

Part of the development of our subtle body is the weaving together of the Soul Light weaved within the Earth Light – creating your unique “energies” Light of You!
Our Sovereignty is when we have allowed our various forms of Light to be weaved together that form our system of “self-generating light.” As David wrote: “Autopoiesis is where the key property of all of life inherently holds the capacity to be self-generating and within it boundaries to be self-maintaining. Within the force of Creation is held this Light or Energy or Subtle Living Presence to draw things together to create a larger whole-wholeness.” Through our “Witness Self” that is weaved from within our Sovereignty emerging within our inner subtle nature of Light allows us to be we our unique form of self-generating.
David:
“I call this Self-Light. And just as the chemical light of the glow stick is contained within a translucent plastic tube, so our Self-Light is held within the Emergent Soul, the sacred presence in each of us. This Self-Light, like the light of a new-born star, then radiates out into the Incarnate Subtle Realms.”
“The Emergent Soul is generative; it produces a spiritual energy or Light, fueled by the streaming energies of love and intentionality from the Soul that is continually embracing the formative subtle energies of the Earth and blending with them. This is why incarnation is not an event, like birth, but an ongoing process of creative engagement throughout our lifetime.”
“The Emergent Soul really is like a star within us, radiating its new frequency of Self-Light. It means that we are each a unique source of Light within the incarnate realm. We are contributing to the overall spiritual energy and Light of the Earth.”
“This radiation of Self-Light creates a “space,” a field or matrix of identity and energy around which the subtle body of the newly incarnating individual forms out of the non-physical substrate energies of the incarnate realm. In a way, Self-Light is the energetic “DNA” of the new incarnation, setting into motion the “energies of self.”
“Self-Light makes the subtle body possible but it is not necessarily part of the subtle body, though it can become such if the life of the individual attunes to his or her Self-Light and draws it out into greater activity.”
Conrad:
Wholeness occurs through the process of emerging into our Sovereignty and the Autopoiesis. Both Zach and David talk about the importance of Light within our body and our cells. Only through our witness self can we become the self-generating light of our unique form of Unknown Possibilities that want to emerge. In my Tz’utujiil traditions this is the focus of all rituals. This is why we do the Daily Nawal rituals and the short focus upon the gratitude rituals from each of the Daily Nawals. Through the Daily Nawals and the other subtle allies of the Tz’utujiil forces within their traditions, awaken the self-light within us. In turn, this awakens a deeper wave of self-light within the subtle realms of Paq’alib’al.
David:
“Enhancing Your Self-Light
Everyone has Self-Light. However, not everyone expresses it in the same way or to the same extent. We may be stars, but we can be bright or dim depending on the overall state of our being and consciousness.
The main factor influencing the extent to which our Self-Light influences the world around us is the overall condition of our subtle body and in particular of our psyche, which is to say of our mental and emotional activities and their influence on our subtle energetic field. When we are in inner turmoil and our psyche is “turbulent” or our thinking and feeling is caught up in negativity, our Self-Light is obscured. When our psyche is clear and calm and our thinking and feeling are positive, then our Self-Light has an unobstructed energetic pathway into the world.
Self-Light can be enhanced, that is, we can increase the amount of “cash” we have in our pocket. The least we can do is open the way for it by clearing, balancing, and attuning our thoughts and feelings and their impact on our subtle body so that they’re not obstructing the radiance of our Self-Light. Many things can help here: meditation, breath work, body work, exercise, as well as anything that uplifts us and gives us a sense of joy and love. Beyond this, there are three specific ways of increasing our Self-Light: 1-honoring and loving ourselves, 2-engaging with the world in loving ways (horizontal spirituality), and 3-attuning to our soul or transpersonal self (vertical spirituality).”
David First Way:
“The simplest way to engage and enhance your Self-Light is to honor and love who you are. To truly love yourself is not narcissistic; it’s not a matter of becoming consumed with self-adulation to the exclusion of others. It’s recognizing your sacredness, your unique identity, your irreplaceable value. No one else can bring to the world what you are bringing.
There are so many voices in our world that want to tell us what’s wrong with us, how we’re failing, how little difference we can make, what a mess we are. It’s no wonder we begin to internalize these messages, energizing a self-critical, self-demeaning voice of judgment within ourselves. But this inner critic is not part of our Identity. It is simply a mental activity within our psyche, one of many but one that can create turbulence within our subtle body. It’s not a matter of denying our faults. We can certainly be discerning and aware of how we can improve in our lives, but we can be so out of a spirit of honor and love. Loving yourself is one way to enhance your Self-Light.”

Let’s go back into the Mirror – Witness Video and then back into looking at your mirror self from your witness self. At the “heart behind your witness self” is your “First Fire.” This is your unique generating light -your initiating light of your fire that is weaved within the First Fire of all of Creation.
When we are born, this fire is within us and will continual to grow throughout our physical incarnation. This seed of our unique First Fire is our connection to the Sacred - the original Seed of Light. It is the Seed-Flame from which all Light of creation emerges from.
“As you perceive through your witness self your mirror self, acknowledge your beingness that “I am a Seed of Light.” “Invite your “Mirror Self’ to be weaved within your “Witness Self” emerging within your “wholeness” into your communion with the Sacred. You are joining yourself with the primal act of being a Seed of Light.
-Feel the felt sense of this weaving together of these three parts of your Mirror Self with your Witness Self with the Sacred behind all creation.
-Slowly breath this emergence together within you as the Seed-Flame of your being.
-Open to experience your felt sense knowing that you are an expression of the Seed of Light at the heart of all creation.
-Open into perceiving your felt sense that all of you, your Mirror and Witness Self, in your inner knowingness is as knowing I am this and more.
-Each time you are doing this you are weaving together not just what is within you, but your are awakening and weaving this communion of the Seed Flame and Light within all Seeds of Light to sprout and grow their unknown possibilities.
-This act assist not just your embodiment of who you are, but also the embodiment for others to acknowledge this within themselves as well.
David Second Way:
“Another way is what I think of as “horizontal spirituality.” This is a practice of intentionally expressing honor and love to the people and the things around you. After all, they all, too, contain sacredness.
This loving connection is two-fold. It honors the form of things, the physical structure and function that an object provides, or the form of a person or other living creature. Our forms and structures are our points of initial connection with the world around us. Within and behind these forms, though, is a living spirit. It may be an individualized spirit, as in the case of other people, or it may be part of a larger collective spirit or a field of being. Whatever it is, though, it is a part of the Life of the Sacred, the Life that permeates all creation. By opening your heart to the world around you, you create channels and connections through which your Self-Light can flow out into the world. Such channels of lovingness evoke our Self-Light, enhancing it through giving it means to express.”
Conrad:
This is similar to perceiving while looking into the eyes and heart of another - that they too are a soul. But instead of just thinking or saying this, open to the flow of Living Light your are exploring above, and invite this Light to radiate from your whole beingness to the beingness of another. Explore doing this to a group of people. Explore doing this to an event. Explore doing this anything and everything and everyone that is within your inner or outer awareness.
David Third Way:
“The third way of enhancing Self-Light is to attune to and evoke the presence of the soul. After all, Self-Light ultimately emerges as a result of the soul’s living energy engaging with the energies of the world. If you mindfully attune to the soul and draw its transpersonal energies to you, you are adding fuel to this engagement. You are “stoking the fire,” so to speak.
It’s important to remember that your soul is in loving collaboration and partnership with your incarnate self or personality. Indeed, your Emergent Soul is an integral part of your incarnate self. You’re not invoking the soul to “take over,” or to dominate, though the love and wisdom of your soul can certainly add to your everyday human life. The soul and the personality are not at war with each other; rather they are two parts of a larger incarnational wholeness. The object of the exercise is wholeness, not conquest or domination. To love yourself, your personal self, and to align with and evoke the presence of your soul, your transpersonal self, are ways of enhancing this partnership and collaboration. Aligning with the love that flows from your soul—or from any other transpersonal source to which you feel attuned—is a powerful way to raise the intensity and radiance of your Self-Light.
The “dimmer switch” that raises or lowers the intensity and radiance of your Self-Light is love: love of self, love of the world and the other, love of soul, and through these three, love of the Sacred that is the Ground of Being within them all. When we love, our Self-Light brightens; when we hate or surround ourselves with negativity, our Self-Light dims (though it never goes out).”

Last year I journeyed you through the “Spectrum of Love” created and taught by David and Julia Spangler. This also occurs when your invite the “Light That Renews” to be present. For the “Light That Renews” as I have explored a number of times these last 15 months is the most empowering force of Light of “Repair – Healing – Emergence – Living.”

I want to start with a deeper clarification of what this means to be a “self-generating” system. The key takeaway from this discussion is my Mind’s focus can NEVER create or open to the unknown. The best my Mind can do is to self-generate the potential I can believe to have at any moment in time. My Mind is not capable of focusing upon itself for the unknown possibilities. My Mind cannot be open to the vast inner resources that are possible within one self.
To creat my own reality where I am no longer influenced by my subconscious mind, can really only occur when I am living and being supported in my present moment within time. To the depth of separation, isolation, and control I am focusing upon to be or to be doing something, this means I have separated myself from my natural weaved patterning from within both my inner subtle energy Light body and the outer subtle energy Light of nature around me.
Creating my own reality. Taking back my inner empowerment. Freeing myself from my dualities my limitations of my subconscious mind, only occurs through my “Witness Self.” My “Witness Self” is activated by the process of “Autopoiesis and Holopoiesis.” This inner process allows me to experience my inner affirmation that I can truly live from my inner self as an active agent in determining the kind of person I deserve to be in the kind of world I deserve to inhabit and share with everyone and share with everything in my life.
Where my Microbiome is weaved within my inner subtle energy of Light. This is weaved within the outer subtle energy of Light around me. Living my Life through my inner weaved subtle nature of Light is more then only a foundational part of my Repair and Healing journey.
Living my Life through my inner weaved subtle nature of Light from within me to everything, and anything, and everyone around me becomes my foundational basecamp for living my life as a generator of Light. Through this weaving of my inner subtle energy Nature of Light naturally rebalances and restores my cells, systems, and organs. My “Mirror Self” cannot accomplish this generative, restorative, or regenerative nature of my cells, organs, and systems.
As I am open in allowing my mirror self to be upgraded through this weaving together of my and natures Gaian Inner Intelligence gives me the ability to explore living from this upgrade. With time, my upgrade will become the new emerging foundational structure of who I am as a Gaian Being that is Human. This allow me the ability of living my unknown possibilities that always was alive within me.
This is why the the process of “Autopoiesis and Holopoiesis” is an important inner process to allow me to experience my inner affirmation in living my life from within my inner innate Wisdom within my self and the innate Wisdom of Gaia. My personal notes below from Wednesday 22 February 2023 is still available to review easily once again David’s discussion around “Autopoiesis and Holopoiesis.” The governance of my life from my Mind and its automatic relationship to my subconscious mind is so limiting. Yet, my subconscious mind is also educated through my “Witness Self” and it’s automatic relationship to my inner unknown possibilities support me in living my life from a place of optimum health. I believe this is why our subconscious mind was created.
So as Zach and I share about our innate Wisdom is always available to us, we are asking ourself to enter the mystery of our “Witness Self.” Through my “Witness Self” I know I am:
“I am a Miracle – I am Health – I am Knowingness and Love.”
I am no longer talking to my Mind Intelligence and it “Mirror Self.” I am talking to my Body’s Inner Subtle Energy’s Nature Intelligence, ignoring what my Mind is believing and focusing upon as it’s perceptions of current reality.
I know I hold a Presence of Living Light from all of Gaia’s Inner Intelligence. Co-partnering with the part of me that believes in my ability to be Regenerative, to be Rejuvenate, to create the Renewal that is needed to clean up this out of balance in my body and mind. Regardless of the feedback of my subconscious mind is perceiving and how it has been supported by the false and limited beliefs of the people around me. I ask the Presence of the Living Light of Hope, and Rei Pascal, so I may be place unto my path for Regeneration, for Rejuvenation, for the Renewal of my Light for the unknown possibilities. Create and emerge through my Body, my Mind, my Spirit, through my Subtle Energy Body’s, and my Environment within and around me, physical and unseen, so the quality of Light for Repair and Healing support me in Living Life today.
Three Beliefs for Living a Regenerative Life
Whenever I am diagnosed or I come down with a illness, regardless if it serious or part of just living within my everyday experiences of life. Or when I am experiencing a limitation within my mind, or a limitations within my body, regardless if this is occurring from a accident or occurring just through my living life. I open to be sure that at my foundational beliefs about myself and about what is occurring within my life is supported through the Presence of my Living Light of Wisdom, which supports within me living from these three core beliefs.
So that my perceptions of my self, and my current situation, is not influencing my Mind through my subconscious minds ways of perceiving my current reality from my previous experiences of myself or others, or the stories I have leaned about the reality of living life. Through these three core beliefs, I invite this Presence of the Wisdom of my “Heart Behind” Anything – my “Heart Behind Everything” – my “Heart Behind Everybody” I come into contact with, especially my “Team of Good Medicine,” weaves me into the person I am capable of becoming and live and perceive, and communicate within me and to others, so that the decisions that I make emerges from this flow of the Presence of the Living Light of my Wisdoms held within my unknown possibilities.
Zach Bush talks about these three tenets.
First, According to Zach Bush:
“I am a Miracle —
The more science discovers about biology, reality + physics, the more we do not know. We are endlessly complex and, on some level, inexplicable. We must bask in the miraculous nature of reality, to reach our full potential. You are a miracle. You are here for great purpose.”
What Zach Bush is asking us is to open to and to believe in that:
I am a Miracle – that despite the condition of my body in its depletion, in its isolation, and the variety of toxicity that it is creating this current condition as injury and illness and disease. Inherent in its “Heart Behind” in its subtle energy body, is a Presence of Living Light that holds the foundations for our body to emerge into being a Miracle, always exists within each of us that is always present and desiring to Emerge if is create a space within us for this Emergence.
In spite of our outer five sensory destruction that is being reproduced and what is being diagnosed as DISEASE, through our inner subtle energy body - it’s “Heart Behind” Presence of Living Light, this disease in its inner subtle energy body holds the mechanism to allow the Regeneration, the Rejuvenation, the Renewal for the Emergence of an unknown possibilities for Repair, for Healing, and for living a quality of Life we never dreamed possible based upon our current diagnosis of illness and destruction occurring within our body.
So I would say:
“I am a Miracle —
The greater scientific research discovers about biology, along with discovering about outer reality, plus what is emerging in our knowing within physics, the more I do not know. I am complex and always changing and adapting in ways that really has no end point. As I learn to accept this inner Wisdom of Knowing that I am a Miracle living within the nature of my outer reality. I am here to explore this Growing and this unknown possibilities for my Emerging quality of living my life. I am a miracle and I am here right now to be living this unknown possibility through exploring my subtle energy body’s “Heart Behind, for this is my true purpose of being here right now!”
Secondly, According to Zach Bush:
“I am Health —
If every cell in and on your body is in touch with self-identity, disease disappears. Stress of any sort can lead to disconnect from self-identity at the cellular level. Ultimately, health comes from within. No matter what your health may look like to the outside world, it is perfect for you right now. Your health is also dynamic, and you can change your body to hold a different level of health.”
What Zach Bush is asking us to open to and to believe that:
I am Health – that regardless of my diagnosis and regardless of my chances for survival, regardless of my physical or mental limitations, what exists within me is this Miracle for Regeneration. The Presence of my Living Light exists within my “Heart Behind” my inner biodiversity first within my own physical body. All of the various parts of my inner Biodiversity is supported through my Presence of my Living Light within my “Heart Behind.”
Through my inner Microbiome, this holds an ability to be weaved into the flow of the “Heart Behind” the Microbiome of any and all forms of Nature around me. This Microbiome is alive within every artifact both of and within my physical home and it’s objects. This Microbiome is alive within any and all forms of physical Nature around me. As I consciously open and invite this weaved nature of the flow of the Living Light of the Microbiome both within and without to be weaved together creating within an inner and outer forms of Interconnectivity. This becomes the foundation Living Light for Regeneration, Rejuvenation, and Renewal to be fully alive and present. This process of Renewal emerges naturally through the Presence of the Living Light of the “Heart Behind.” This emerges for my unknown possibilities for Health to be present, therefore I am able to experience directly and through my felt sense that “I Am a Miracle” rich within my Biodiversity, so that my unknown possibilities can emerge.
So I would say:
“I am Health —
Whenever I allow my self to experience this Living Presence of Light within every cell within and around my body, I am opening to being in touch with my true inner self-identity. Through this Presence of my Living Light within me, disease and injury begins to be transmuted and dissolves and disappears. Regardless to the sources of my Stress I am experiencing and how much I believe these Stresses are both personal accurately experienced within me, all create a disconnect and an isolation within. Me for my Presence of Living Light. It makes no difference who the person is, or whatever the event is, or the perceived perceptions about any part of my outer and/or inner environment, this all lead to a disconnect from my inner self-identity light at my cellular level.
Ultimately, true Regenerative Health can only emerge from within me. No matter what my outer health may look like to the outside world, the “Heart Behind My Regenerative Health” is in a state of Wholeness and perfection within my subtle energy body of Light right now. My health is always within a dynamic interchange and flow desiring to be weaved within me at any moment within my life. This allows the emergence of my sustainable way my life that allows the changes within my body to emerge into a fluidity to restore my unknown new quality of health.
Thirdly, According to Zach Bush:
“I am Knowingness and Love —
Knowingness, which is different from knowledge, is a vast field of information that exists in the Universe. When we access this field, we see the Beauty underlying reality; and this Beauty is an experience of Love. You have the ability to create health by tapping into your intuitive knowledge and loving your body.”
What Zach Bush is asking us to open to and to believe that:
I am Knowingness and Love – that if I relied only upon my Minds Intelligence, it has little or no available information to assist me into experiencing directly or through my felt sense of knowing that “I am a Miracle” nor that “I am Health” nor that “I am Knowingness and Love.” My Minds Intelligence can never in its isolation, and in its separation from my inner Nature’s Intelligence. My Minds Intelligence cannot never allow this transmutation of my illness, or my disease, or my physical or mental limitations to occur.
My inner Nature’s Intelligence can be awaken through the weaving together of the inner Nature’s Intelligence held within the subtle energy body’s. This is held within what is called the Living Light Presence of the “Heart Behind.” This allows my inner – my micro Microbiome and my outer – my macro Microbiome to be stimulated, awakened, and weaved together through the subtle energy body of light – the “Heart Behind Everything,” and the “Heart Behind Anything,” and the “Heart Behind Everybody.” So when I say “I am Knowingness and Love,” I am inviting Nature’s Inner Intelligence to educate my Minds Intelligence to experience either directly or through my felt sense this Knowingness that this Living Light is what we call “Love” will ignite my inner Presence of Living Light to starts this journey for Repair, for Healing, and for the emergence of my unknown possibilities for a quality of Life within my Body, my Mind, and my Spirit. As I journey within this weaved Presence of this Living Light of Wisdom, this allow myself and others to perceive the Beauty within the journey that I am on.
So I would say:
“I am Knowingness and Love —
Living from the Knowingness of my inner Nature’s Intelligence, is radically different from my knowledge coming within my Mind’s Intelligence and its influence from my subconscious mind. There exists within my inner subtle Nature’s Intelligence a vast field of information that exists within the Living Light of the Universe. As I allow this subtle Living Light Presence to be weaved within my subtle energy field, I immediately begin to experience and perceive the Beauty underlying all experiences of reality. This is the emergence of Beauty that naturally is present through my Knowingness that behind what I call the “Heart Behind Life” is created from what I call the Presence of the Living Light as Love. I and we all have a living Presence of Light within and around me to create health by tapping into my inner felt sense of my intuitive knowing of my inner Nature’s Intelligence. This allows me to experience what it meant to be loving my body.
These three core tenets that Zach brings forward, then emerges into why I desire and why we all deserve to experience through the Living Light behind the “Heart of Biodiversity.” This allows the Beauty that deserves to emerge through my Body. This allows the Beauty that deserves to emerge through my Mind. This allows the Beauty that deserves to emerge through my Spirit-Soul. This allows the Beauty that deserves to emerge through me as a human being who is both physical and subtle. This allows the Beauty that deserves to emerge through me living within an Environment that is both physically seen and unseen allowing me to experience myself living within my subtle inner nature. This allows the Beauty that deserves to emerge through me as a Being who is becoming aware of my co-parternship relationship within my inner nature’s intelligence. This is weaved within me as part of the larger living system as a Gaian Human Being weaved within a living system within the Heart Behind the inner Nature’s Intelligence within all of life.
Let’s review again the difference between my “Mirror Self” and my “Witness Self.”
In my “Mirror Self” as a self-generating system as I am focusing upon a certain set of beliefs or attitudes or experiences within my Mind Intelligence. This is being influenced by my sub-conscious mind history. This focused communication effects directly the forming and the shaping and the experiences of my subtle energy body’s and the amount of Light that is being generated or destroyed within my cellular reproduction.
For example, if I am living with guilt, blame, shame, fear, or whatever emotions and thoughts I have having, this is directly influencing the moment by movement reweaving of my subtle energy body’s and the quality of Light that is forming within my cellular communication. This creates a difficulty in allowing any other forms of focus to enter. Regardless if it either integrative or even more separated of a focus, it becomes difficult in allowing anything else to easily enter. This cuts off my relationship with my Microbiome and my Mitochondria communication within me and cuts of this communication within all of nature around me from occurring. This is what is inherent within each of us to be naturally “self-generating.” The stronger these quality of emotions and feelings I am experiencing, influencing greatly and closes off my inner communication from not allowing any other form of communication to be weaved together.
Through my “Witness Self” as a self-generating system, can only occurring when I am naturally in the flow of my Interconnectivity and my weaved wholeness to the Nature within and outside of me. My Microbiome and my Mitochondria is naturally being weaved and naturally is supporting my inner and outer Nature. Allowing me access to my Gaian Inner Intelligence.
This separates the influence of my Minds Intelligence and the influence of my subconscious mind to be in charge of what it might think I am needing or wanting. So my self-generating system is no longer being influenced by any preconceived thoughts, feelings, attitudes or beliefs. Instead, through my copartnership relationship with the qualities of Light within the Heart Behind Everything – Anything – Everyone influences the unknown possibilities.
This quality of Light becomes self-generating and deepens my living relationship with the Microbiome within and outside of me. This offers a quality of Light within my Mitochondria and stimulates my innate immune system in each cell within me.
In turn, this strengthens the weaving of my subtle energy body’s ability to be a generator of Light within in and outside of me. This opens me to my true inner Gaian Nature of living as a self-generating system.
In my “Witness” self-generating system, the Light of the Unknown Possibilities within me are stimulated to influence both my inner biology, but also influencing the quality of Light within the people and within the events around me. This allows the Forming, the Shaping, and the Weaving together of our combined Unknown Possibilities. This is at the Heart of our Gaian Inner Intelligence where the “Light of Joy” can enter in the forming, the shaping, and the weaving together of the Light of the Unknown Possibilities at any given moment in time.

Hopefully you have explored each day phase 1 of the video ”The Mirror” by Zach Bush on last Wednesday 15 February 2023 Blog! We are going to continue this week in exploring your felt sense experience between these two shifting perspectives within you and your emerging core of your body’s inner silence.
Today I want to explore a fundamental principal that emerges from Physics, the new Biology and new Medical research from Zach Bush, along with David Spangler of Lorian. This is also at the Heart of the Tz’utujiil way of Living. We as a human being, as well as Everything, and Anything, and Everyone holds at the Core of their Heart-ones First Fire – is the ability to be a self-generating system.
Please start by either reading David’s Desk 189 from 3 February 2023 and/or at the bottom of this writing is an audio companion with David and James discussing this idea further on “Poiesis.” Autopoiesis is where the key property of all of life inherently holds the capacity to be self-generating and within it boundaries to be self-maintaining. However, David focus here is not on the “auto” rather his focus is upon the “holo” of “poiesis.” The “self” and the “whole” are wonderful and important themes, but it’s the “making” part that interests David. Autopoiesis and holopoiesis are natural processes that require no conscious intervention. However, where we are concerned, they are processes in which we can consciously participate and with which we can partner.
Autopoiesis and holopoiesis are active principles. They affirm that we can ourselves be active agents in determining the kind of person we are and the kind of world we inhabit and share.
I find this an empowering idea. It means we have the capacity to determine the kind of person we wish to be in the world. We are not merely victims nor clay to be shaped by others. We can “make” ourselves. We can be self-generating.
Likewise, we can create connectedness, collaboration, and partnership—i.e. wholeness—with the world around us. We can act to enhance and increase the health and wholeness of the world.
In short, we are Makers. Whether the selves and the world we make are positive and creative–or toxic and destructive–is up to us. The future lies in our poietic lap.
We are always self generating:
The Mirror Self usually is self generating limitations, separation, duality, isolation, duality, and hopelessness.
The Witness Self is self generating our wholeness-the weaving together at this moment of time our Interconnectivity and Flow - our ability to create and collaborate within a living co-partnership relationship within everything within our body to everything, anything, and everyone in our seen physical world through our inner weaved relationships within all subtle body’s behind all forces and beings.

Foundational Dialogue Around Light
Everything in the Universe is created through Light.
Just like in the Physical Realms, there are a varieties of experiences we see and encounter. In the Subtle Realms, there exists a larger varieties of experiences to see and encounter.
The commonality between the physical and subtle Realms is the variety of ways Light is “EXPRESSED.”
PLEASE Stay open to this awareness: everything in the Universe, down to the atom within physical matter, to the greatest of subtle beings, like an Archangel or an Over-Lighting Being of a country holds the “same light!”

The differences on earth or the differences in the subtle realms is that each grouping and each individual being or each force of Light generates in their own way a different degree or quality of their core light.

The full potential of Light is the same Behind Everything – Behind Anything – Behind Everyone! This is the “Heart Behind” that exists within Everything – Anything – Everyone! This is the Unknown Possibilities of the “Quality of Light” we allow to flow and express through us.
Illness, death, suffering, pain, imbalance, isolation, separation, is all about the quality of Light this is present and generated.
As is Renewal, Regeneration, Rejuvenation, Emergence, is all about the quality of Light that is available.
This is why I stoped using the word “energy” or “vibration” or “frequency.”
Instead I have this last year plus described the “Presence of Living Light.”
For example, the “Presence of Living Light of Love.” There excises an Over-Lighting essence that is a “Presence of Living Light of Love” the generates a large amount of Light that supports the Emergence of all forms of Life.
This “Presence of Living Light of Love” for the Tz’utujiil Maya is call “Maria Kastilyaan.”
We incarnate into this form of physical matter of Earth, to explore within this density of what it is to allow the unknown possibilities of “Living Light” to be explored within the physical matter of our Body. Within the physical matter of our Mind. Within the physical matter of our soul. Within the physical matter of all forms of Nature including Artifacts that are made and/or designed by humans.
So our ability to form co-partnership relationships becomes the weaving together within the subtle realms of Everything -Anything -EveryBeing within the Subtle Realms as is being weaved together within our subtle light nature of Humans and our part in all of Nature. This weaving together of this combined Living Light creates an Anwa.
This Anwa is what we generate within our cells, our biological systems and organs, within all forms of outer Nature as perceived within Earth and Sky.
As Human Beings emerge into physical matter of their body within the physical matter of the Earth, they generate usually 1% of their Living Light.
Subtle Beings generate at their base level 10% of their Living Light.
Different levels and positions of Subtle Beings generate more!
We are generators of Living Light as a Sun-Star system as part of the larger cosmos within all of Life Everywhere and within Everything.
We too contain our unique “Heart Behind” us!
We are a Gaian Being that is Human is based upon the quality of Living Light we generate!!!!!

Through my invitation into the “Heart Behind” the five sensory aspects of all forms of Nature in this exhibit, I invited the “Heart Behind” my inner nature to be weaved within the “Heart Behind” the Artifactual Objects around me. To be weaved within the “Heart Behind” the physical Nature below, above, and around me. To be weaved within the “Heart Behind” each person that we presently there, along with the “Heart Behind” all of the people that walked through this exhibit in this cycle and the past ten cycles before. To be weaved within the “Heart Behind” every object that was built and created with in this Nature. To be weaved within the “Heart Behind” all outer physical forms of Nature within the Earth and within the Sky for the template for the unknown possibilities to emerge into the physical world through and around me. The “Heart Behind Anything,” the “Heart Behind Everything,” the “Heart Behind Everybody” holds the Living Light Presence of the unknown possibilities of Wisdom to emerge within me and how that is awakened and transferred to anything, and everything and everyone in life around me throughout the planet earth.

Both directly and indirectly through these experiences of the “Heart Behind the physical landscape of Nature” around me. To experience the “Heart Behind People” (strangers) around me. To experience the “Heart Behind the Lights” around me. To experience the “Hear Behind the Sounds” around me. To experience the “Heart Behind the Video Images” around me. To experience the “Heart Behind the Food” in the meal we shared together with the stranger around us. Together we are bringing together our experiences today at the Morton Arboretum. Weaving together the Microbiome from where the food was grown, harvested, transported, distributed, bought, prepared, and served, and cleaned up to becoming part of my Microbiome to who I am as a human being living within the Beauty of Gaia.
Experiencing the weaving together through the Microbiome of these experiences within the Microbiome within me. Through every system and organ and down through my innate Immune System within my cells. To empower the inner Light within my cells so that the “Heart Behind” what I was experiencing in these five hours will be weaved within me to allow my Repair and Healing to be greater then the Injury I am living within me when I entered todays experiences. Allowing the Regeneration, the Rejuvenation, and the Renewal of the Living Light of the Unknown Possibilities to emerge within my own personal “Heart Behind Me.” Take time to reflect, invite, breath into, and hear, touch, taste the felt sense of what Biodiversity can be experienced.

We are returning once again into the inner knowing of “Who we Truly are as a Human Being” fully weaved within the larger story of Living Life as part of the “Living Dream of Gaia.” These three core principles Zach outlines, not as a philosophy nor as a way to think about ourself. Rather, we are living within a co-partnership relationship to everything, and anything, and within everybody that exists within planet earth. Not just in our present time, but within the past. Therefore the Living Light of our personality is weaved within these five living aspects of “Who we Are” as a Body, as a Mind, as a Spirit-Soul, as a human being who is both physical and subtle, living within an Environment that is both physically seen and unseen experiencing ourself as living within our subtle inner nature. Our personality is a Being who is becoming aware of our inner nature’s intelligence weaved within our living system as a Gaian Human Being weaved within a living system within the Heart of the inner intelligence within all of nature.
Our researched Science of today allows us to experience this as part of living inner nature of “Who We Are!” Therefore Zach’s three core tenets that emerge from his and other research facilities are becoming the foundational base for this Wisdom in Knowing as a Regenerative Medicine. The body has many tight junction systems within the gut, the lymphatic system and the vascular system.

In Bruce Lipton video “Four False Beliefs that Society is Built Upon,” especially this area of the video - (4:18-13:05) supports why we have create a medicine and a health provider system along with a psychological and spiritual culture that reinforces us into living a life that crates and supports our separation, our isolation, and a mentality to conquer and destroy everything and anything we believe we do not want. These systems are responsible for the reduction and a lowering of our energy field’s vibrational quality of Light. False Belief #2 around Genetic Determinism-Genes Controls our Biology. We becomes victims to our genetic heredity. The feelings of having no say or input into what is occurring within my genetics, creates a reduction and a lowering of vibrational energy of light.
Today the new science of Epigenetics, that our consciousness and our response to our environment is what controls our genetics. In the ways I perceive my environment around me either from a stressful and threatening way or from a supportive and an integrative way. Either way effects the quality of communication that occurs within my genetic activity. Therefore, my Environment is always enhancing genetic communication, or decreasing and hindering my genetic communication. This comes from the physical activity of others, to the toxicity in our food and land supply systems. Including the side effects within our medicine. This and so much more can separate and decrease the quality of my genetic communication, therefore reducing the tight junctions around my organs and cells. Lowering and destroying the quality of Light that is needed for Repair and Healing. Also, the ways I perceive and choose the actions I take and communicate in how I perceive my actions and the environment around me, all effect the quality of Light for Repair and Healing.
This is all under the control of my Mind and how it perceives the world around me. As the new science is assisting us today in realizing how my Mind is in control on both what I perceive of my environment around me is ally only 5% accurate most of the time. My subconscious mind is in control of how I perceive my environment around me 95% of the time.
The meaning of subconscious is where my history of my experiences and what I have been exposed to or taught is what automatically controls the quality of my emotional response. When I express my self in the ways of emotional reactivity to the world within and around me. My subconscious mind is being influenced by negativity of my experiences of separations and limitations. This guides me in the quality of my emotional responses to my self and others.
When my emotional response is guided by my subconscious mind through the Light of the Wisdoms, this is guided by either my direct experiences within my life or what I have observed and been taught through living life around me. A simple way to measure my subconscious mind control within me, I ask myself each day, “what percent of my time did I have emotional reactivity in creating feelings of separation, isolation, or how was I communicating the need to control, or felt out of control within my life today?”
Any and all emotional reactivity is under the control of my subconscious mind wounded state. Any and all emotional expression through the Light of the Wisdoms is under could also be influence through my subconscious mind. Therefore experiencing an influence of my communication within my genes, and either decreasing or increasing the building and repair of Light for repair and healing.
The equations to ask my self each day: “Today did I increased my experience within the quality of my Light and my expression of my life for how many hours within the realms of the Light of the Wisdoms.
In an Indigenous Way of Living Life there is no separation between my realm of physical matter and my realm of Light living within the subtle energies of Light. Besides no separation, I am also always being re-weaved back into my unknown new form and new shape of Light of the unknown possibilities that can exist for me. This weaving together of this Light of the Heart Behind Everything is what influences my genetic heredity and opens me to my unknown possibilities of my Epigenetics. False Belief #3 Evolution is driven by Random Mutations. In our separation and in our isolation, randomness is the driving force behind my outer behaviors. The new science teacher us that Evolution is driven my Adaption. Life is driven my “Purposeful Change” to naturally adapt to my inner and my outer environment.
If my inner environment, my subconscious mind, is influenced by my wounded experiences, I will naturally adapt all my outer perceptions and expressions in a wounded, separated, isolated way of living my life. If my inner environment, my subconscious mind, is influenced by my experiences within the Light of the Wisdoms, I will naturally adapt all my outer perceptions and expressions in an expression of unknown possibilities, where co-partnership and co-operation becomes the foundation in the ways of living my life.
When my outer environment is filled with levels of toxicity, and pollutions, this creates an environment of separation and isolation. My Epigenetics will naturally adapt to living in an inner environment of separation, isolation, and hopelessness which guides my way to perceive and communicate about people and events around me in a similar way. When my outer environment is filled with levels of Light and the Light of Wholeness and Flow of Light of Interconnectivity, this creates an environment that is weaved together by the Light of the Unknown Possibilities. My Epigenetics will naturally adapt to living in an inner environment of perceptions and communications about the people and events around me in a similar way.

False Belief #4 Evolution is drive by competition and conquering, and destroying in order to have power over one another and power over our environment and anything and everything that exists around us. To win, to conquer I now have created a competition for survival. Since there will never be enough for all of us, I can justify my motivations for power over, for survival, for competition, to hoard anything and everything to prove I have power to survive.
Evolution is naturally based upon cooperation between everything and anything. The Light of the Unknown Possibilities and the Light of the Unknown Potential behind all of life is waiting to emerge and be expressed at the heart of who we are in Living Life. Now we can adapt instead to the unknown possibilities of Light behind those areas and events in our life that have become separated and isolated.
We petition then all of the supportive forces of the Light of the Unknown Possibilities to gather and to be weaved within our heart of the unique Fire of the Light of who we are. So that what stands in the way from this Light of the Unknown Possibilities to emerge will be transmuted and this new form and this new shape of the Light of the Unknown can emerge. We ask that our brain can both be swept away and cleared of our old and known ways of living life. That news areas of our brain can emerge that will support us in Living Life through wholeness and harmony and interconnectivity within our life and the life around us.
This always begins by dropping our inner awareness into the Light of our inner First Fire within our inner Heart awareness. Asking to experience this weaving together of our core Light within our supportive Regenerative energies. The Light of our personal First Fire to be weaved together with our spirit or soul. The Light of our personal First Fire to be weaved together with our inner subtle energies. Feel these three parts of Light weaved together into a living emerging Light of the uniqueness of your Core Light.
Ask this Core Light to be weaved together with the Light Behind the Heart of Earth. Ask this to be weaved together with the Light Behind the Heart of Sky. Asking this to be weaved together with the Light Behind the Heart of Humanity. Ask your new emerging unique Light of your personal First Fire, that is a weaved light of the Heart behind each of these five parts.
Ask this to be your generating Light. Experience yourself as a generating Light being made available for any person, any collective group, any event, any situation, where the guiding Over-Light of these groups can use it to offer its members to find their unique Light of their First Fire. Trust the Over-Lighting energies to assist their members to be given the opportunity to choose an alternative form of communication and action based upon the Light of our inner True Gain Human Nature. As a generating Light, we are adding in this moment a shift from the reactive, challenging, dualistic, judgmental, bullying, threatening energies of its members to be able to experience the inherent seeded Wisdom at the core Light that is held within the heart of all Human Beings to be activated. Assist me, assist us, your Living Light of the Nawals to Birth Wisdom within me and my unique Light. To Birth Wisdom within us. To Birth Wisdom within all of Humanity.
As you explore these four false beliefs along with the chart of these 12 areas of life where we are taught to believe that we have no real influence over any of these areas. The beauty and the empowering ways through Epigenetics shows us that we have so much influence in the quality of our inner cellular and genetic communications through all forms of medicine, psychology, spirituality, and everything and anything within all of our Nature around us. This is hard researched science over the last forty years! Why do we keep on choosing to live within the dark ages of our subconscious mind?
